He was careful and professional, and he handled each creature with care. He ensured the safety of the children, but also the safety of the reptiles. Joe made sure that even the youngest kiddos felt comfortable and engaged (we had children ranging from 3 years old to 11 years old at the party). They showed up on time and were well organized. My son specifically asked that a particular amphibian be present, and even tho they specialize in reptiles, Joe made it happen! So awesome! When I went to pair them I realized I was ripped off and they were both male! I tried talking to a couple people at a recent show about it, and I was told the guy who sold them to me no longer works with them and the whole thing was just shrugged off like no big deal!! There was no attempt at righting the wrong that was done by someone who was clearly representing their company! Who knows what other shenanigans go on behind the scenes! I for one do not trust Repti Culture and caution others as well!

You walk in and they have tanks and tanks of exotic fishes, a few reptiles/snakes, some bunnies, etc. I was here because we were looking for some koi fish for our outdoor pond - I called a few times and they gave me some odd answers every single time. The first time they said they had kois and they couldn't give me the price cause it depended on size and if they were domestic or imported. The 2nd time, he said he was all out. I came in that same day and they had a tank full of them - he makes you pick the ones you like and determines a price as you pick them. Apparently the bright gold and colorful ones are more expensive cause they're imported from Singapore. The really large ones can be up to $400. I bought 1 since we already bought 11 that morning from a distributor - smaller but more colorful than what we got for $10 each. The smaller ones range from $6 I believe to $25 for the imported ones. Their tanks were fairly clean and the store was cleanish - though we spotted a jumper fish who tried to commit suicide on the floor. We informed the lady and she picked him up and threw him back into the aquarium. Our pond was really green so we came back here for some pond bacteria to try to get rid of the algae. I also bought some algae eaters - 3 for $10/ a piece. They gave us $5 off for 2 different purchases on 2 different days. The family was literally in the back room, which is how I know this was a family run business. Hopefully our fish survive and we can come back for some more colorful ones! Some advice to the owners/staff - your mask doesn't protect me and isn't helpful when you don't wear it or wear it under your chin! Please use it when talking to customers! Seems like this store is pretty popular and there were lots of customers when we came both days! We will probably be back at some point for more fish!

We have Furever Friends pet sit our two cats every time we're out of town, and they always do a…read morefantastic job! We're pretty neurotic pet owners, so they even send us a picture of our cats every day, which is really nice. We were just gone for two weeks, and previously, being away from our cats for that length of time would have been really nerve wracking. However, with Patrice and Julie taking care of our cats, we were able to enjoy ourselves and not worry about our cats' safety. And sure enough, when we got home tonight, they were their normal lovable selves. We'll definitely continue to hire Furever Friends to take care of our cats!
