The service tech said, "that wasn't like that," yet he had just serviced this pristine tank 30 min prior. He called his boss and told them my tank was in amazing shape and that all silicone was in great shape as well (I have a recording of that). I also have him saying that he couldn't fix it right then and there bc he's in salary (but thought it was ok to leave my brace hanging in the water). He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

A few hours later, Rosalind texted me to let me know Jackie did amazing and was ready for pick up. When I arrived, Jackie wasn't shaking at all. she was playful and happy, and I knew she had been treated with so much care. You walk in and they have tanks and tanks of exotic fishes, a few reptiles/snakes, some bunnies, etc. I was here because we were looking for some koi fish for our outdoor pond - I called a few times and they gave me some odd answers every single time. The first time they said they had kois and they couldn't give me the price cause it depended on size and if they were domestic or imported. The 2nd time, he said he was all out. I came in that same day and they had a tank full of them - he makes you pick the ones you like and determines a price as you pick them. Apparently the bright gold and colorful ones are more expensive cause they're imported from Singapore. The really large ones can be up to $400. I bought 1 since we already bought 11 that morning from a distributor - smaller but more colorful than what we got for $10 each. The smaller ones range from $6 I believe to $25 for the imported ones. Their tanks were fairly clean and the store was cleanish - though we spotted a jumper fish who tried to commit suicide on the floor. We informed the lady and she picked him up and threw him back into the aquarium. Our pond was really green so we came back here for some pond bacteria to try to get rid of the algae. I also bought some algae eaters - 3 for $10/ a piece. They gave us $5 off for 2 different purchases on 2 different days. The family was literally in the back room, which is how I know this was a family run business. Hopefully our fish survive and we can come back for some more colorful ones! Some advice to the owners/staff - your mask doesn't protect me and isn't helpful when you don't wear it or wear it under your chin! Please use it when talking to customers! Seems like this store is pretty popular and there were lots of customers when we came both days! We will probably be back at some point for more fish!

It was for a local dog shelter in need. I bought out their supply of this particular food - 3 bags plus a neighbor's bag of another type of dog food. The employee who assisted me to select the dog food then walked me to the checkout counter. After paying, the checkout person then assisted me to my car using a dolly (it was over 100 lbs of dog food). Above and beyond - He offered - I didn't ask for the assistance. Both employees were very helpful. A photo of the dog food delivered to the shelter - not necessarily relevant, but just to let the reader know that I did deliver the contribution.
