I'm not happy that a truck of that size, fully loaded with dirt turned around in my newly paved driveway. The heavy truck cracked the asphalt in my new driveway. I have a video of their truck turning in my driveway, thus cracking the tar. The lady I spoke to advised me to go to Home Depot with my measurements and get something there. I explained that I was looking for something that was custom made to fit the dimensions and not look like an "after market" product and she sounded beyond confused. Any business that wants to send you to Home Depot when they can make money in their own field is one I will stay clear of.

It was suppose to be 0% interest for the first 2 years and 7% interest after that but instead I got paperwork stating that the interest rate was 27.99%. They never told me this was a credit card. The salesman completely lied Bath Fitter lied to the finance company and they refused to send me the original paperwork. I have asked many , many times and still no original paperwork. The price they gave me at the original sales call was completely different from the price that showed up on the paperwork from Wells Farge Paperwork. when the salesman was here he gave me a price of $9495 and on the paperwork from Wells Fargo it was $10,995. He does not have a crew, but seems to hire young kids, day laborers. One damaged our stove during the demolition. He used so many screws to put up the new drywall that the wall looked like it was riddled with a machine gun. Sometimes he would not show up for days with no explanation or a call.. He also took a week off for vacation. There are many more details of our dissatisfaction, but suffice it to say, I can not recommend him for even a small project.
