So glad we found this roofing company!!! We found out there was a slow leak in our roof coming into our living room on a Friday morning before a large storm was supposed to hit on Sunday. My husband and I desperately tried to call a roofing company to come out and take a look at the leak. We must have called over a dozen places. Most either didn't return our calls, said they were booked out like a month, didn't work on tile roofs or wanted a fee to just to come out and look. My husband called All About Roofing and they were willing to come out the next day in the morning, but of course we were really desperate for them to come out that same day so that hopefully they could fix it on Saturday before the storm hit. They somehow worked us in late Friday afternoon to take a look and by a miracle were able to squeeze us in the next morning to fix. Apparently our tiles had debris clogged underneath and created blockage so the water couldn't easily run off. They came and cleaned out the trouble spot, repaired, weather proofed and blew off as much debris as they could from our 2 story home's roof. We were so thankful, everyone was so professional and they worked quickly. We actually had them come back to clean out our gutters and put on gutter guards. I recommended them to another friend shortly after because they too found a leak during that larger storm. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! During the last storm, there were a few leaks from the roof. After contacting 8 roofing companies, All About Roofing was the first to respond. The owner, Desiree, was great in communicating with me throughout the entire process. They came out for a free estimate, explained my options and sent me an estimate right away. They spent about 6 days on the job. At the end, the final cost is in line with the estimate. One side note was that, on the first day of the job, the material delivery people (not All About Roofing's people) made a hole on my ceiling. They sent me a drywall contractor to look at the problem. But after that, I had an extreme hard time trying to get this guy to confirm with me the date he would start the repair. After several days of leaving voice messages and text messages, I talked to Jay from All About Roofing on the last day of the job. Even though it's not their fault, he responded right away and sent their own drywall guy to look at the problem the next day. The repair was finally done in a timely fashion. In Nov 2022, we discovered a leak in our cathedral ceiling in the living room. After years of drought, it's raining a lot again. I called All About Roofing based on their Yelp reviews. I left a message on their answering machine and I get a call back within 30 minutes from Desiree to set up an appointment. The tech comes on time and first uses a drone to see what was happening on the roof and discovered that one of our tile shingles is broken, which is letting in the water. We set an appointment for the work to be done. They repaired and replaced the necessary parts. Desiree, their office manager, would send confirmation and follow-up emails. I liked the communication. Luckily, we had extra tile shingles for them to replace the broken one. Two months later, the ceiling hasn't leaked and we've had some pretty big storms and heavy rains. read more

My mind was set on a blue or green colour roof, but the company where they buy the materials didn't offer those colours. I settled for a red roof only because I was impressed by the manner in which "All About Roofing" conducts business. I remember hearing the workers sing while working on the roof under the sun, that to me, was a good sign, that the roof was going to come out nice. Jay gave me a quote for shingle roof replacement earlier in the year. They didn't require a whole lot of prep work, but I did it anyway (trimming trees back). Few months later when I reached out, they honored the same price, which was just very pleasant. I really couldn't decide on the color of roof - do I want it to be cooler for the house vs. the look. Jay iterated with me patiently and responsively... Roof placement for this one-story old home had a large change order - dry rot. The crew was understanding, and did a great job. Exterior wall is old stucco - easy to rip / peel if you pull things too hard. This relates to the multiple down sprouts. Crew took extra care, and I felt comfortable. Also love the whole cleaning job, etc. Now just waiting for the official completion permit from Campbell. My fascia boards need to be replaced. I contacted "All About Roofing" for a consultation. Desiree was quick to respond and was clear in her communication. Jay was the estimator. He was on time and polite. I appreciated his visual inspection of the fascia boards, the roof, and his honest assessment of my pending project. Replacing fascia boards can't be done properly without replacing the foam roof. At this point, I won't proceed with my project. I called All About Roofing for a roof leak repair, and found big roofer-to-roofer price differences for the same job provided from this company. Others had quoted the repair job around $1,000 but this outfit quoted me five times as much. Their estimator would not walk the roof to examine the damage. Instead he flew a drone to take pictures of the roof. Perhaps that explains why they included a pipe jack replacement job when there wasn't any evidence of leaks coming from that area. To make matters worse, they called to try to get a shakedown for roofing costs based on my urgency and the coming rain storms. My advice: when hiring a roofer, quality of work should be your primary consideration. Once you have identified roofers that measure up on quality, get several fixed-price bids for the work. Deal with contractors wisely and always question the line items until you understand them. Finally don't fall for the bluster from outfits like this one. read more

I called to have a rental unit inspected for a leak. I was pleased and astounded when they could come out that day. I gave the details and my phone number and asked to be called when the technician was there. I was never called and when I reached out I was told it would take 24-48 hours for an estimate. I received an estimate for an entire new roof and no mention of the leaking area I pointed out. When I spoke with the company they apologized and said the roof was unrepairable and they do not do any taping or mitigating fixes unless I sign a contract to replace the roof. Then they would tarp until it can be replaced. The lack of professionalism and the expectation that I would sign a new roof replacement with them after that is unbelievable. The company cost me another 2 days before I can get someone else out there. I would at least expect the company to offer to tarp the area during this rain storm in response to their rather extensive list of mistakes. No, just an empty apology and I can get quotes from other companies. Obviously not the kind of company I want to deal with. read more
