If this is the level of driving skill your company allows behind the wheel of a commercial tow truck, your vehicles should not be on the road. One of your drivers nearly caused a multi-vehicle accident during a basic left turn. At an intersection with three clearly marked left-turn lanes, the driver crossed directly into my lane and drove toward my vehicle. I had to swerve into the adjacent lane to avoid being hit, which nearly caused another car to rear-end me. This was not a complicated situation. If your driver cannot stay in the correct lane during a simple left turn, I seriously question your hiring standards, training, and commitment to public safety. The only reason there was no crash is because I reacted quickly. Management should address this before someone gets injured. read more

The gentleman that came to save me from my completely busted tire and change it for a spare came ahead of the estimated arrival time and also found me quickly. He gave me a call beforehand and told me he was on his way. When he got here, he pulled out his tools and got to work quickly. He was done in no more than 10 - 15 minutes. When I had questions about what tires I should get and if the ones I was looking at would work, he spent the extra time to answer me and show me how to read the tires. Solid and quick service! AVOID THIS TOWING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! My car broke down in the middle of the freeway and I needed roadside assistance through Allstate. After requesting for assistance, the estimated eta for the tow truck was 3 hours. I ended up calling the company directly to see if there were other trucks nearby since my parked location was unsafe. The individual answering the call initially told me the eta of the truck is 2 hrs because his driver wasn't there and he didn't have any other drivers to send over, but after multiple requests he said he was going to send the driver over? After waiting for over an hour in the car, the same individual from the company called me saying that I had cancelled the request when I didn't! This company is a scam! On March 23, 2019 I woke up to find my car had been hit by a two truck driver from All Above Towing. They just left a card on my car without a note, nothing more. How I found out they did it, was my apartment manager confessed they were backing up into our parking garage to pick up his truck, accidentally hitting my car. What gets worse is they never owned up to this with my car insurance agency and I ended up having to let me car go as a loss. To this day I'm so sad and mad about this incident. The owner called me once offering to fix my car under the table. I just didn't feel comfortable with that, not knowing if they'd actually fix the frame that was dented. read more

My car died in a parking garage, and I called my insurance for roadside assistance. Geico paired me with All Above Towing and I was quoted a time of 60 minutes. My original request was for a jump start since I thought the battery died. The guy actually came I think in 40 minutes instead of the quoted one hour so I was super pleased! He used a battery pack to try to jump start my car, but apparently my car was draining his battery pack. The guy said there's probably something else wrong with my car, not the battery. Thus, I called my insurance to request towing service since I wouldn't be able to drive my car. I got paired with the same company, and the same guy would be servicing me since he was in the area. However, I was waiting for OVER TWO HOURS since submitting the request. He apparently got stopped by the police and had to do some paperwork, so that's what caused the delay. I did call the company and the guy was very responsive with any updates. However, he said the driver was 15 minutes away on two separate occasions. Those 15 minutes WAY passed. I wish he was honest with the timing because I wasn't able to leave my car in case the driver suddenly showed up. Once the driver showed up he was really efficient. He was super nice and friendly and got my car on the towing platform quite easily. I towed the car back home since it was late and I hadn't figured out which shop to go yet. The towing process was super smooth once he got there. This is what happens next. I figure out which shop I want to take my car to get serviced and request a tow for my insurance provider again a few days later. I get paired with a different company, and the guy had to jump start my car in order to put it in neutral to get it onto the tow truck (the battery was really dead). But tell me why my car started and powered up after he jump started it!?!? I'm not sure if there was something wrong with All Above's Towing cables or battery pack because both the car maintenance shop and the second towing company diagnosed the problem as a dead battery. This would have saved me four hours and two towing services if All Above could have just jump started my car in the first go around. Do not recommend. read more

Both my insurance and I let this tow provider know that the clearance for our apartment garage is precisely 7'2". We confirmed this with them FOUR TIMES on before the appointment, verbally confirmed this individual detail, and also let them know the car is far from the entrance in an underground garage. They said that "we will take care of it", "we'll use a smaller flatbed", etc. I took off from work to get my car towed. When they arrived, they brought a tow truck that required 8-9 feet of clearance and said that they couldn't take the job. Both my insurance and I were proactive and confirmed this with them on FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS (including on the day of the event itself!) and they still took the job, only to waste our time and my day off from work on their arrival. I was given this company through my insurance (GEICO) after another company refused to even try to take my vehicle because of a leak. I understand safety for everyone and the reasons as to why one might not want to tow a vehicle, however, when you state to a customer you will drop the vehicle where you're at if it leaks on your truck and call the fire department, your competence is lowered because your stupidity is showing. I'll give the benefit of doubt that one may not know to put the vehicle in neutral then getting it going for tow but you're an employee of a tow truck agency....get it together (btw, this was ). All Above Towing called me more than once to tell me where they were and when they were coming. Saul did all the work and was very kind. He made sure the car was parked okay at the shop, too . He treated my vehicle like it was his own and didn't just let it go like another tow company did prior (also through insurance!). My insurance is Gieco who they work with and 2 years back they replaced my battery (24 months) and my warranty for the battery is valid for 36 months (I still have the email confirmation from when they first installed it as proof) well my battery suddenly died and when I contacted Geico they told me to reach out to the company and everything should be good and the warranty should be covered . ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I requested a tow service through my insurance company- Allstate- after I woke up to find my car was hit. I believed I wasn't able to drive my car at first because my bumper was hanging off of my car. The man who arrived took my bumper off and put it in my car. So, I told him I didn't need a tow any more but I will pay for him arriving and helping with my bumper. He insisted to follow me home- I said no. Then he wouldn't let me read what I was signing and lied saying the signature was needed for him to move on to the next job since "he completed the service". I called my insurance company and they said he marked the service as a "completed tow to my home". They called him back and he lied saying he towed my car home. Thank God I have cameras on my house facing the street, which showed me driving home and no TOW TRUCK in sight. This company is terrible and tries to scam people for a job they didn't do. The key fob for my car was destroyed and I needed my car to be towed to the dealership for a new key to be programmed. I contacted AAA for a tow at 9 PM and they promptly sent out a truck. Unfortunately they needed "wheel lifts" to move the car out of the parking space, but didn't have any. Another truck was called but after 3 hours of waiting, they called back and said all the drivers with that equipment went home for the day! I was invited to call again in the morning. I did. Another truck was sent, but without the required equipment! 3 more hours...and then I was called and informed that no truck was coming as the truck with the equipment was "broken". I would need to call an outside tow company. ACE TO THE RESCUE! I called and requested the tow, explained the requirements and was assured they had it and would be out in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, Ace and his guy showed up and secured my car on the truck. Popped my tire and needed my spare on. I just got home for work and didn't have the energy to do it myself otherwise I would have. I have covered roadside assistance so I just utilized that and my insurance sent this company to put my spare on. They came really quickly within an hour and called when outside but I'm giving 1 star bc clearly whoever they sent doesn't know what he's doing. He didn't put the jack in the correct place. Then when he put the lugs on he did it in a circular pattern instead of star. When I questioned why he did it that way he said "oh I don't think it matters". Sir the law of physics states otherwise, along with all rebuttable mechanics. He began to proceed to tell me it's okay. The tow truck driver picked up my car at a separate location without me present. When he called to say he arrived at my house I came out to find my car on the tow truck running. He was in the process of letting my car down in the middle of the parking lot in a fire lane. When I asked him why he was letting down my car in that spot because my parking stall was further down another 20-25 ft he told me I could drive my car the rest of the way. My car cut off as he was driving away without making sure I could secure my car in my spot. I had to stop him from leaving and tell him he needed to drop my car at my address not the middle of a parking lot. He proceeded to open my car door and put it in neutral and he expected me to push my car while he steered. He refused to put my car in the designated parking stall until I called the insurance company and my mom had to come yell at him and make him move the car. He finally got it in the stall but he left it sticking out and he left it in neutral before walking off and leaving. read more

He called me so I could navigate him to my car but just got angry with me for some reason? Sorry I can't control where my car breaks down.
