My car was being towed, and he stayed past closing just to make sure I was taken care of. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how he runs his business. Since that night, I've continued to bring my car back here because the service is always on point. Shagan is honest, highly skilled, and actually cares about doing the job right instead of just rushing you out the door. His shop is very clean and organized, which says a lot about his standards. There's also a coffee shop right next door, so it's convenient if you're waiting, and the location is perfect for anyone in the Fremont or Union City area. What really sets him apart is that he stands behind his work. If something isn't right or needs adjusting and it was his mistake, he fixes it at no extra cost. I came here to replace my front tires after they blew out. When Ace Tire and Wheel replaced them, they didn't mention anything about the alignment. However, I could visibly see that the tires were slanted. Later, I went to another shop and was told the front alignment was off, making the car unsafe to drive. I'm frustrated that Ace Tire didn't point this out or address it. It felt like they were only focused on replacing the tires and making money rather than making sure the vehicle was safe. I left thinking everything was fine when it clearly wasn't. Because of this, I don't feel confident in their service and won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. read more

Came here because I was having tire pressure sensor issues. The place that I normally go to isn't open on Sundays and I wanted to get this issue fixed, so I came to Ace Tire and Wheel. Upon parking, I was greeted and I told about the issue I was experiencing. Shagan and his crew are wonderful; they took my car in right away and I waited in their lobby. After a few minutes, I was told that one of the sensors was dead and another one was close to dying, so I went ahead and got them replaced. The total for everything wasn't too bad compared to where I was originally planning to go.. a bit less than what the other place was offering, but the service here was great! Didn't need to wait too long for it to be done and my car was ready to go; all in all my visit was only 30 minute I recommend coming to Ace Tire and Wheel. I am so happy to have found this place, needed a tire repair... and called the man said come on in and we'll take a look, got there about 4:30, was out with my tire replaced by 5. Went back a second time for a different issue and he explained everything and helped find a suitable fix, again was out the door within 45 minutes. My new tire service place to go! read more

Ended up with a nail in my back tire which I noticed late on a Saturday evening. I was so lucky to have found this place that is open on Sundays, fast, and so reasonably priced!! I called ahead and they told me to come right in. They were honest and told me that a patch on my tire would fix it right up (no need to purchase a brand new one) and the patch is still holding strong 4 months later, even after driving during winter storms and potholes. Only cost me $20-25 for the tire patch. The entire experience took about 20 minutes total to remove the nail and apply the patch. I definitely recommend this location for any tire help! read more

I came in Sunday afternoon to get a wheel alignment. I was surprised to see the shop open on Sundays. Since I was free, I brought my car in. There wasn't anyone there, so someone took care of my car once I parked and got out of my car. I was in and out of the shop in 45 minutes. The price was reasonable; I paid $85 for the alignment. There was a fee if paid with a credit card; they recommend that customers pay through Zelle, cash, or a debit card to avoid fees. The staff was nice and helpful. We had an emergency after 6pm, and found Ace (out of town travelers). Our spare would not of gotten us to our destination, so they found a tire of the same size, not exact brand or tread design, but something to get us on the road for the evening. We had a piece of metal in the tire and without hesitation the manager said they couldn't repair my tire. I had them put the damaged tire in the back of my truck. I took the tire to my local shop where i purchased them originally and it was a small puncture that they were able to fix no problem. I am not stuck with an off brand tire with literally no miles on it because Ace didn't even look to see if the tire could be fixed, just said I needed a new one. They won't take accountability for it and when I tried to address the fact that it was missing he said it wasn't their responsibility or problem, and hung up on me. Do NOT go here, ever. Crooks. They intentionally tell you your tire is "unfixable" so they can sell you a new one, or more. I went in with a simple tire deflation due to a tiny nail. It could have very easily been patched. It was a Saturday night, and that's why we didn't have many options. I wish I had waited until Monday. They immediately said, we can only sell you a new tire. Take it or leave it. They charged me $230 for a new tire. And now my tires are not even. I feel deceived. Please go to a proper tire shop if you ever have tire issues. My tire had a nail. I went to Costco but they wouldn't fix because the tire was almost bald. Costco didn't have the tires in stock . I called other tire shops but they were booked. I called Ace tire on a late morning on Sunday . They said just stop by. Only about 15 mins after I arrived, they checked my tire and also said it was too bald to fix. They also didn't have my tires in stock. However, they had a couple of used tires identical to the ones I had. I was getting desperate because it had been a few days and I may not be able to pump up the tire much longer and it's a big inconvenience. So I purchased the used tires and they could do alignment.
