We hired all action to remediate our house in 2024. Unfortunately two years later, we did an ERMI and bad molds were still detected so we took things one step further and hired a mold dog. The mold dog flagged all the places that were "remediated" by all action. The drywall with mold were all taken out but unfortunately the studs with mold were just encapsulated and painted over, therefore still exposing us to molds. I've learned that the proper way of treating studs is to remove and replace and if that's not possible, sand, hepa vacuum, antimicrobal and wire brush all the mold out of the studs. Unfortunately, we learned our lesson the hard way. Please be sure to properly vet your potential mold remediation company and understand if they do things properly and rid of ALL the mold. If you need your house to be medically clean of mold, steer clear from this company. They don't care about clients, they just want to get their foot through the door, get rid of the easy mold on the drywalls and not put in the hard work to really get the mold out of the studs. They will just cover up all the mold with white sealant and call it a day. Again we had an ERMI done two years later, which stachy and chaet still showed up. Learn about your molds, these are the baddddd molds. We then took things further and hired a mold dog & she flagged all the places we remediated. They're also not IICRC certified. I didn't hire All Action Water Damage to do any work, but they did come do a free inspection. My review is based on that experience. I showed them the two locations in our house that got me worried about mold. He ran some tests with his tools and gave some suggestions on what we can do to fix/prevent the water damage. He even said that, although they could do it for us, it's much cheaper for us to do it ourselves. I always appreciate honesty! Ultimately, he did tell us what they would do if we were to hire them, but we decided to fix it ourselves afterall. read more

I had an undetected slow-leaking corroded sewer pipe that resulted in considerable drywall and floor mold damage. After the pipe was repaired, I called a company who did tests and told me I had to find a contractor to remove the drywall and flooring and rent a heavy-duty dehumidifier. He would return and treat the mold by misting. Then the contractor had to return to sand the treated wood. Overwhelmed, I called All Action Water Damage and Alfonso arrived the same day. He did similar tests and arranged to remove the drywall and treat the contaminated area on Saturday. The affected area was enclosed with heavy-duty plastic, the drywall/mold removal work was completed (hand wiping not misting), and drying equipment was installed to dry for 2 days. Alfonso returned on Tuesday and tested the area and removed the equipment. If you have a serious mold problem, I would highly recommend calling All Action Water Damage. I believe the 5-star reviews for this company may be misleading. After sharing my air quality test results and a neighbor's mold report with 4 licensed mold interpreting companies, 3 determined that my air quality is moderate and that there are no mold spores in my unit, indicating no need for remediation. In contrast, Action Water Damage insists on remediation for my walls based on my air quality report. Additionally, they scheduled an appointment without my prior confirmation, which I find unprofessional and pushy. Today, we hired a leak test specialist who identified the source of the leak as being in my neighbor's exterior wall, confirming that there is no leak in my unit and no further inspection is needed. I believe it is more professional for a company to prioritize the customers' best interests rather than focusing primarily on making money. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I have been consistently blown away by William's professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. We have been dealing with water intrusion issues with our bottom floor, and he and his team came out to open up our walls to dry it out. They found new spots that were not seen in the initial assessment and opened up/cleaned out damage without coming back to charge us for more. They left dehumidifiers running for several days, making sure we had a dry and clean environment before collecting the equipment. We then found new damage that we didn't know about and they came back to clean things up more at a reasonable price. Even more amazingly, William saw I was working on some drainage issues and just got right into helping me with diagnosing the problem, and offering useful suggestions. We had some mold (small area on a high ceiling) and we scheduled an evaluation for this. The company was very responsive (same day reply), scheduled an appointment with William a few days later, who came on time and provided advice on how to handle the problem. Was very knowledgeable, professional and honest stating that we didn't need to spend extra money with them but could have our contractor painter address the issue easily. William also recommended products for getting rid of the mold and preventing moisture buildup in the future. Very satisfied and I highly recommend this company. Had a great experience with William from All Action Water Damage. We had some leaks in a detached unit that William came out to estimate the work, confirmed visible mold was present, and then scheduled the remediation the day after I signed the contract. They did a very thorough job in opening up the walls, removing all the mold & damaged building material, and ensuring the unit was fully cleaned after. William also took pictures throughout so I could see the water damage in the removed materials and walked me through exactly where the leaks originated at the end of the job. Highly recommended. One note is I did not have a good experience with the third-party contractor William referred me to for repairing the removed insulation & drywall (Henry from Helping Hanks). We had a broken pipe in the middle of the wall and since we found out after it had been, probably a couple years, insurance didn't cover it. I called 4 or 5 different remediation companies and only a couple returned my request for estimates. Steve from All Action got back to my yelp request and was very reasonable when giving me a quote. He knew insurance didn't cover the work, but he still did an amazing job for a reasonable price. The best thing about Steve is his crazy good responsiveness to phone calls or text messages. If he can't get to you, he will if you leave a text or VM. Other places took their sweet time getting back to me, and if I missed their call, good luck returning the call to get a response. He scheduled us on a Friday and came with Luis and Brian. I think Luis has OCD in a good way. He didn't miss any spots. Steve, Luis and Brian, all I call say about these guys is that they take pride in their work. If you want a thorough job with good service, these guys are it. Their rep, William, texted me an eta of 10:17 for our 10am appointment. I texted thumbs up. At 10:35 I texted asking if he's still coming. He texted "I am on the phone here try to get inside." I looked outside and saw no one. I texted that I got his VM when I tried calling, and told him to try to call me again. He called at 10:40 and said that he was outside my home and on the phone with someone else who would not stop talking. He called at 10:45 saying that he was right outside my door. I opened up and saw no one. He asked if I was unit A, B, C, or D. I told him which unit and walked down my stairs and saw no one. I walked around the building and there was no one and I asked if he was on my street. Eventually I saw him facing the houses on the opposite side of the street and waved him down. I started walking towards my home and he yelled in the middle of the street "If you're going to have an attitude I can just leave." He yelled his projection where 20 of my neighbors could see and hear. I said nothing. He continued yelling "Respectfully I decline" and left; not that I'd have let him in my home after he verbally abused me as a woman and potential client. A week ago Carlos told me that they could come give an estimate that day, then William said they couldn't come till today. Then William texted that he was coming yesterday. They have zero compassion for my sincere confusion, and had I known I was even going to be verbally abused by them in public, I'd have never called them. read more

DON'T GO WITH ANYONE ELSE! These guys are awesome! Had a leak that's been going on for months down my crawl space and as a result, had mud all over and some standing water. Got estimates from three companies and 2 had almost the same pricing but the reason why I went with these guys is because of the great customer service. William Wheeler was the guy who helped us from start to finish. You have got to look for this guy! He came in and checked what needed to be checked and got right back to us the same night with his estimate. We had a few questions about it and he responded to us in a timely and professional manner ALL THE TIME! At the day of the job, they all came on time and they all knew what to do. Setup was fast.
