They had someone out in 2 hours from Tempe to Scottsdale. The gentleman technician who came out was extremely professional. He thought we might need a Hydro Clean in the pipes. He did not have the Hydro machine on his van and arranged for other technicians to be out at 8am the next morning. 2 great guys in 2 vehicles and a trailer showed up at 8. They tried less expensive methods first and were able to remove a core from the pipe about the size of a Hot Dog.
