They've got enough to outfit a small army of marathon runners, golfers, and folks who just wanna look athletic while ordering takeout. You want Nike? They got it. You want those hard-to-find Crocs in that oddly specific color you saw online at 2 a.m.? Boom right there on the shelf like they've been waiting on you personally. Now here's the thing about ordering online you click, you wait, you pray it fits. Here? You just walk in, try it on, and walk out feelin' like you made a good life decision for once. No three-week shipping, no "sorry, sold out," no heartbreak. Just instant gratification, the way the good Lord and credit cards intended. And don't even get me started on the gear. I requested an update. No reply. May 9th, I call the business asking for an update on my order, and whoever it was I talked to didn't ask for an order number or anything. They just said that they just got a bunch of the orders in, and I would be receiving an email update within a couple days. Nothing. Today, May 27th, I once again called asking for an update. Told whoever I spoke to that the order was placed through Tualatin JBO. They told me all those orders were already delivered. Told them I placed this order on April 19th, and I could give them the order number if it would help. Their exact reply was, "Well the order number isn't gonna do me any good." They got a little flustered, then asked for my name and number and would get back to me later in the day. I called about 3pm. It's almost 930pm and no call back. Update 5/28 - Received word from someone from Tualatin JBO. The orders were received a week ago and will be distributed amongst the teams/families. I even consulted them on what scope to buy and hardware. Finally got my rifle and all my mounting supplies together to come in and get the scope on my new gun. I was told they were too busy today to do it and asked when would be a good time to bring it in. The girl at the front counter called back and then informed me after the measure 114 scare is over. I told her that's not what they said last week when I picked my rifle up and that they were doing a scope mount at that time. she just apologized and here I am with a rifle with no fixed sites and no scope mounted on it either. Although I have bought many times from this place in the past the service just continues to decline. I'll take my business and money somewhere else in the future.
