Usually when there is a price difference and you find others with the same price, they honor the marked price. It was an unpleasant experience and probably need to revamp their policies to honor prices that are marked, especially if there are others with the same markdown price!

The manager Kyle answered the phone - he did some price checks for me and was incredibly helpful. When I got into the store, Kyle remembered me from my phone call.
