I searched through Google and Yelp for the Best place to have a boat cover designed for my boat. This went on for weeks and weeks. Decided on All American Canvas after reviewing photos on Facebook. I contacted Juan the owner of All American Canvas and sent a photo of the cover I seen on his Facebook site. Set a date and time for my boat to be brought in. A few weeks later I returned to pick up my boat with the cover I requested on the boat. I Never write reviews but I was sooo Freakin amazed when I arrived. The workmanship was so incredible! Worst customer service ever. For starters, 3 guys were being so rude i cannot believe how rude they treated me basically telling me i did not know nothing about boats and even telling me my boat is to old Like who would tell someone who is trying to make business with them ? I was treated horribly and honestly this was by far the worst i ever got treated i seriously cannot beileve it. I was referred by a local business boat dealer. "Juan" said he would drive to my location to get the measurements so he could give me a quote. He said he only comes to my location when he has a number of clients in my area so I had to wait until then. I mistakenly got the day mixed up because he came on a Monday, holiday EARLY.... I texted him. I asked if he got the measurements (despite me not being there). He texted back that he was driving and would call me back. He texted me later WITH A QUOTE. He then made a contract based on his "custom quote". I thought the price was high but, he was giving a warranty..... so he sent a contract for me to sign based on his quote. He also said 2 weeks. I paid him $1500.00 as a deposit with the balance due when the work was done. About a week later, he texted saying he needed to go to my boat for a custom fit. Since I thought he already did that, I inquired as to why do you need to go there AGAIN for the same measurements that existed the first time you were there...? IT WAS THEN that I discovered his quote was based on NOTHING. He just made up a number and took my money. I told him that he was deceitful and he texted back, I'll give you your money back but I am going to keep $200 for my time. He told me to take him to court if I wouldn't agree to let him keep $200.00. Um, isn't that extortion? So, we are headed to court. - I have NO COVER, - A fictitious boat contract created by someone who has never measured my boat - A receipt for $1500.00 - An offer of extortion to pay him $200 to not take action against him I had to wait until he had other people to service in my area. Court filing fees are about $450, then processing server costs, my mileage and lost wages..... The Claim will be at least $2000 against him. Merchants like this shouldn't be in business. I will do my part to ensure he doesn't do this to others.....and I'd rather pay and do what is right than let this guy screw me over for $200 he doesn't deserve. AS HE KEEPS $1500.00 FOR PROVIDING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, TAKING NO MEASUREMENTS AT ALL......and attempts to extort $200. Luckily, all of this is in text including the extortion. read more

Don't let the photos fool you. The place is a dump, with Dog Shit everywhere. Take your money else where. Juan the owner is not professional. When I went to pick up my Bimini Top he had me wait while talked with 2 other guys which was all bullshit talk. He did not have the bungees I needed ready and when he finally was going to help me, he was asking his assistant "Hey can you bring me a Beer" I smelled Alcohol on his breath. He then tried to put on the Bungee's for the Tower, which I later found out was elastic from a spool, and he wanted to charge me $200 for that. When I tried to explain how ridiculous that was, he said "hey you are talking too fast" I can't think! He finally said ok give me $10.00 I said fine, I will put them on myself. Then when I noticed the straps were not fitting correctly, he said well maybe they are not the same size, I can fix that.. I measured them and yes they were the same size.. he is an idiot! Then he went on to criticize my Tower and how if I did not have the Knobs which hold up the tower it would look more cool. By that point I had it with this guy, his breath reeked of alcohol and pretty much told him I was done, and would pay him.. and he only wanted cash.. shady. AAC did a great job on an 8' long bimini top for my wakeboard boat. He even designed and installed an extension that attaches to an already big bimini so that it covers the entire back of the boat when we put it up and then lays down when we don't want it up. It's been 3 years and works like a charm. I lost one of the stainless steel tubes that is a part of the frame. I drove up there today - Juan replicated it (copying from the one on the other side) and gave it to me and didn't charge a dime. Juan provides a great product and provides great service. We had Juan at All America Canvas make us a mooring cover for our pontoon boat. Price was great and the work was even better. We were impressed by the fitment and the detail in stitching and webbing used. Looks like it will last a very long time. We wanted to use stainless steel common sense fasteners on the project instead of snaps. We provided the fasteners and Juan had no issues with installing them which I know is much more time consuming as each one has to line up perfectly all 76 of them. The boat was ready as promised before the 4th of July holiday even though we added extra work. He also repaired our Bimini top, made matching boots for them, BBQ cover and mooring cover storage bag as well. We feel we really got a excellent value for our hard earned money without sacrificing quality. We will probably have them make some side shade curtains or a graphic wrap next season. Thanks goes to Juan, Junior and staff for our beautiful mooring cover. We have already referred my sister to you which also needs canvas work on her pontoon boat. read more

Juan, took care of me. He made a custom Bimini top for my Mastercraft wakeboard boat using all stainless steel parts. He even gave me an old cover for free. I tested it in Havasu, AZ at high speed in heavy waves and full speed and it held up perfectly. His price was very fair considering the work involved. The top is about 8' long which is longer than I could have bought it not custom and gives a lot of shade. He was done ahead of schedule. It was an investment and I wanted to make sure it was done right. It was. He is a small businessman. If you are fair with him he is fair with you. I would use him again. If you are nice and communicate your expectations you should have no fear dealing with them. I would recommend them highly.
