I had taken my car to several people already and this place was the only one to give me a straight answer, and they did it all free of charge. I spoke to Wade ,who I'm assuming is the owner, and he let me drive up there and get my computer checked and his analysis of what was going on FOR FREE. I'm not saying this will happen every time with every customer but the customer service was outstanding. On the spot he took a moment to listen and even come out and do a quick assessment before he set us up for an appt that would've been later in the day. His advice ended up being right... he suggested it (still) might just be our fluid levels, and then taught me more about how the trans works and how much fluid it actually needs.
