After the experience my father had with this dealership today, and giving them business for 12 years, I feel the public has the right to know about my experience in December 2021. The general sales manager Frankie demanded me to take down my original review but looking back, that was a very shady tactic on his end. It all started with being told the dealership would take care of the over miles on my lease that I was about to turn in since they wanted me in a new vehicle. Despite the call being recorded, my salesperson, Jamie, as well as Frankie, both said "she shouldn't have said that" and brushed it off rather than trying to meet me in the middle. Long story short, a deal couldn't be worked out as they were asking way over sticker/list price on all of their vehicles. I was also talked down to because of my credit situation at the time. Between my experience and my father's, this dealership doesn't care about customer retention. They only care about milking as much as they can and only catering to their high profile customers such as professional athletes and musical artists featured on their social media. This dealership is not what they used to be and I highly encourage anyone considering going here to look elsewhere to avoid your time being wasted and so you don't feel demoralized by their very unprofessional staff. I'm sure I will be pressured to take this review down again, but the public has the right to know the truth and about the experience from a long time customer's perspective. Ah...All American Ford. I'm not one to review businesses I haven't been to in many years but as I look over the reviews here I found their experiences similar to mine. They clearly have a culture of mistreating customers. So I decided I wanted a new truck and wandered onto their lot. I looked over their inventory and picked out my new truck. I thought it was odd that no one had approached me but appreciated their no pressure approach. Meandered onto the sales floor with my checkbook in hand. I couldn't find anyone to help me. Tried the throat clearing trick. Nothing. Tried the "little help!" technique. Nada. I put my checkbook back in my pocket and walked out the door. Haven't been back and have no plans to return. And they can claim whatever awards they want, they can have a big trophy cakewalk down Route 9 with an effigy of Henry Ford driving a Model T and it won't matter because many people, including myself, understand that it's all smoke and mirrors. read more

My parents fusion 1 yr old fusion had the abs light and they wanted to charge 50.00 dollars to hook it to a Machine to get a code.. at the end of the day a leased car is fords car.. ridiculous So I guess I must have been hearing things when the person behind the counter advised my mother it would be 50.00 to diagnose then??? Honestly wish I could rate zero stars. I have been to this dealership multiple times to shop and have found myself being watched by the employees but never approached. Odd but okay. I called up to inquire about a vehicle and rude and unprofessional are the only two words appropriate for yelp I can use to describe the gentleman I spoke with. The man didn't want to give me any information about features on a vehicle unless I was coming in. I asked if there was one with the feature I was looking for (a moonroof) and tried to ask if there was one coming in and he's response was I can't sell what I don't have and he hung up on me. Last time I checked dealers can order vehicles but I guess they don't want to do that since they mark up their cars up to $15k from what I saw. Seriously? There's being competitive in a market and then there's just plain greed. This is greed. And with customer service and prices like what I witnessed you wonder how a dealer like this would make it through this time. I would strongly recommend ordering straight from Ford or finding another dealer that will at least earn your business. Shame on the management for running a dealership this way. Word of caution to anyone looking to purchase a Bronco from this dealership. First, I find it amazing that while many dealers are hard pressed for Bronco inventory due to supply chain issues, this dealer somehow has the lions share of Broncos with over 40 listed on their website. That said, I asked what their ask was over the msrp sticker price and was told $15-$20 thousand depending on the model & $40,000 over msrp on the rapture they have on their lot. That is just INSANE! Talk about price gauging! They set the bar with regard to greed. Other dealers are charging $5,000 over msrp which In itself is a hard pill to swallow when up until a year or so ago you negotiated below sticker price as close to dealer invoice price as you could get. The dealer doesn't pay sticker price for the vehicle. So they already make significant profit at sticker price. I don't care how much money you might have, only a sucker would willingly allow a dealership to exploit their pocketbook to those extremes. It's actually Bronco extortion. My next complaint is to corporate. They lost a future ford family member. read more

The MSRP shown on the web site seemed to be high (they don't show window sticker like many dealerships do). Decided to stop by anyway. Numerous radio ads for this dealer advertising "we pay top dollar for trades" when at the dealer, they offered over 6,000 less than NADA and KBB trade, which their website had supplied as a trade number in payment calculator and then told me you think you can do better? And laughed. Salesman then called me after I left to try and make another offer and then did not respond with offer for over two hours. Stephen Kaye is unprofessional and ignorant. i've had multiple problems with the service department at this dealer. i originally had an appointment to fix something on my truck and to get a loaner car. I brought the truck there 2 weeks early for another problem that could have been finished the same day. my advisor Allison had called the warranty company about the tissue that i had the appointment for instead of just waiting until my date. Which the warranty company said i couldn't take the truck back until everything was fixed in case something else had happened from then until my appointment. i specifically made an appointment for it so i could get the loaner car considering i have a job to get to everyday. at this point they told me they did not have a loaner car at the time and what i would need an appointment for one. i was without my truck for 2 weeks. then once it was finally ready after being car less for 2 weeks, Allison told me i was not allowed to come get my truck until the warranty company had paid there half on it. If you already got the okay from the warranty company that they were going to pay for the repairs i shouldn't have to wait from them to take my truck back. Allison told me that she was waiting 2 days to hear back from the warranty company on payment so i had called the warranty company myself and they said the dealer did not send any invoice over to them or let them know they were waiting for a payment. i then called back dealer asking to speak to a manager who i then spoke to Brooke the service manager and she was still giving me a hard time about not letting me pick up my truck. I proceeded to get in contact with the general manger of the dealership, who was so kind that he let me go pick up my truck before the warranty company had paid their half. Allison and Brooke are so rude, they should not work in customer service and Allison should definitely be trained properly because she was a terrible terrible service advisor. read more

It's sad that this beautiful dealership went from Quality & Great Service to Issue Paradise & Bad Service. Had a recall on a transmission, got that fixed and not even a day later, battery died. Had it replaced as they say it's "Wear and Tear." Had another issue, again next day the battery died. Went to another dealership and they even showed me when they work on transmissions, it can burn the battery out and they don't charge a battery replacement when they do transmissions, unlike this dealership. Trying to reserve a day for service, it's booked for 3-6 days so you have to plan way ahead to get something fixed and can be out of a vehicle for days. Love how they raised the works by $10 and then give you $10 off every 3 visits. The new people at the service desk don't like to keep you updated on your vehicle. Could take a few days before they respond. Also telling me it's not worth getting recalls fixed every time, i'm not gonna blow money on another car when this car is in mint condition and only a few years old. Stop forcing your service advisors to be sellers, you want to keep your loyal customers and treat them right. read more

I received an email the day before service stating that i would have to leave my car there for 3 to 5 days before they could get to it. I called the service dept and asked them why can't i schedule service a few more days out? She said the cars have to wait online at dealership for diagnostics! I asked for courtesy car which they boasted about when i leased my car, well they are all booked til April! Asked to speak to manager, got transferred, left message, never got a call back. My sales experience with All American was quite poor. I wrote to inquire about a vehicle they had in stock and was quoted a reasonable (not great, not bad) price for it, in writing, from Ali on their sales team. We spoke on the phone, I agreed to purchase the vehicle at the price I was quoted, and Ali said they would send over the sales contract. Instead of a sales contract however, the next message I received was: "Good Morning Ben, I spoke to my GM this morning. I'd like to lock everything in today if possible however I did wanted to go over pricing per the owner of the dealeship. so if you can please give me call at your early convenience." ... and sure enough, when I called I got the standard bait-n-switch "the owner says he wants more for the car, he heard they're selling well, but he'd be willing to do the deal today for (an additional 13% over the price previously quoted)" Moral: when dealing with these folks, I found I cannot rely on their verbal or written commitments. So, I will not do business with them. read more

Provided "overpriced" service then scared younger driver with "the brake shoe is less than 1 ml and you need new brakes; you have less than 1K miles to drive on those brakes" Refused the service and took it to a "trusted" mechanic when returned home; as suspected, there was plenty of brake left on all 4 wheels -- they wanted to charge $500+ for a brake job that was not required! Everything went well while buying our used vehicle here. We had Renan as our salesman and he was wonderful. Knew the car perfectly and was extremely friendly. That being said, purchasing the car was no problem. However, it all went downhill after we signed and finalized the purchase. We were given temporary plates, as expected, and we were supposed to receive the registration for the car within 2 weeks. We purchased the car the first week of May and did not get the registration until today, July 2. We made several trips back and forth to the dealership hoping to have the registration. At that point, I was worried because our plates were expired but the dealership advised us that people rarely get pulled over for expired temp plates. Except... we got pulled over 3 times for the expired plates and on the third time the cop told us that we needed to stop driving the car until the registration was finalized. So tell me why I am paying back an auto loan and insurance for a vehicle that I cannot even drive. Meanwhile, earlier in June we were constantly being called or messaged for the title of the car that we traded in. Obviously, the bank owns the title, not us. The tangible paper title that we had clearly reads LIEN on it-- so the bank should have been contacted for that, not us. Today when we went to the dealership in person, we were told that nobody knew anything about the registration at the moment and that we would have to wait until tomorrow morning for an update. Really? It's been two months and there is still no mention of this registration that should have been processed a week after we purchased the car. Well, lo and behold, the title is sitting in a drawer at the secretary's desk and the date that was stamped on it was JUNE 11, 2018. So you mean to tell me that the registration was sitting there for a whole month and nobody knew anything about it? I took the paper and walked out extremely frustrated. I wish the ridiculousness could stop there, but no. We get home and see that the registration expires August 22, 2018. THAT'S NEXT MONTH. My fiance pointed out that the registration expiration date was identical to the expiration date for the vehicle that we traded in. We even verified this by finding the old registration tag-- same exact date of 8/22/18. How could this mistake have possibly been made? These people must not take their work very seriously-- it was a messy job and incredibly unorganized. I'm so disappointed read more

I'm going to start this review of by saying I dread the car buying process. Unfortunately, since my wife and I lease cars, we have to do it every three years or so. After a few recent experiences with other dealerships that were less than stellar, words can not begin to explain what a pleasure it was to do business with All American Ford. Our salesman, Joe DiMaggio (yes, like the baseball player), was top notch. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, and Joe was able to pretty much take care of everything over the phone. No question was too small or too big to answer. He was responsive and honest throughout the process. He even went so far as sending us the VIN and car description with the pricing in an email (usually dealerships won't do this because they are afraid you will shop). When I got to the dealership, all the terms that Joe had put in his email were spelled out in the paperwork - there was not one single discrepancy. All I had to do was sign and drive essentially. Dealing with the finance manager was easy too. Needless to say, it was well worth the 45 minute drive to buy from AAF. I've never been so happy with a car buying experience. So on April 30, 2018 in the evening I purchased a brand new 2018 ford Explorer Sport from All American mainly because I had a great experience at this dealership from purchasing my previous Explorer so hey why not right ? Well the next day I noticed that my brand new truck had paint chips on the tailgate, left bumper and front right fender and under the hood so I call my salesman Steve who tells me to call service .... I call service they can't get my truck in there until May 14th disappointed but ok so I drop said BRAND NEW Truck off at dealership they customer service call who was super sweet says well it may take a few weeks we are short handed?????? but I'll let you know now I am a lil mad I already waited 2 weeks for the appointment. Welllll they have my BRAND NEW truck for 2 weeks I look over the truck to check and make sure it is taken care of ya know they did have it for two weeks right NOPE NOT AT ALL so I go inside have to wait , now i'm pissed beyond pissed I get my customer service girl again super sweet and I felt horrible but she was the one in front of me and OH BTW I also called to speak to Service Mgr Nick 2x never called me back Pat eventually returned my call yup its fixed well no it was not!!!!! After having my car 2 weeks they only fixed the tailgate not the spots next to the tailgate not the spots on the fender noooooo so now we are at Memorial day weekend and I have two pups so Brooke trying to do her best to satisfy me well we can come to you on Tuesday and switch your truck with another Loaner (which by the way was another story) Well now YET AGAIN I AM INCONVIENIENCED Not Brookes fault BUT NOW I AM REALLY PISSED.... call sales person he was off i'll check into it tomorrow and have the manager call you in the morning (Saturday) well i'm still waiting for that call NEVER Happened AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!! so Tuesday May 29th comes I bring my truck back in for round 2 get another loaner this one was clean thankfully I ask how long will truck take now to fix the other spots ?? well on Tuesday May 29th at 5:06 pm I get a text stating she spoke with Sales and showed them the spots so we are going to repaint the entire quarter panel for you and the fender as well.............................. I say its all going to match perfectly right and how long will it take (MIND YOU I HAVENT MADE 1 PYMT YET DUE THE 30TH) she responds with yes and she was going to get together with the body shop manager pat and service manager pat first thing in the morning to get a more accurate time frame YEAH ok still waiting for a response from that text as well and today is Wednesday June 6, 2018, so today at 1:17 I finally get communication from them via text again stating just touching base with me and letting me know they are expecting to have my BRAND NEW EXPLORER back to me by the middle of next week and thanking me for my patience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have only had possession of my BRAND NEW TRUCK that now has had the paint compromised a total of 17 days and 1st payment later and ALL AMERICAN FORD HAS HAD MY TRUCK FOR TIME THAN I HAVE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AFTER THIS AND OUR FAMILY IS BIG ON FORDS I WILL GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and their Customer Service personnel directly are good but not all things can be handled by them.
