Gerber team was able to give a fair quote that was much less than other shops. They were able to completely repair our SUV... it looked like a new car when I picked it up. I waited a couple weeks to post this just in case it drove funny or there were follow-up issues (which they guarantee to repair) but there is nothing zero zilch. I would 1000000% recommend taking your car here for repairs. They were in constant communication with any updates and completed the repair earlier than expected. It was seamless with our insurance as well. There is also an Enterprise rental office about 20 feet away. Thank you Hannah, Megan, and Gary. They were all so professional and friendly both in-person or over the phone.

The communication and friendly customer service were top notch throughout, as was getting everything sorted out with insurance and the car rental place. In addition, I received my car back completely fixed after just 4 days, and it looked like an accident never even happened. I hope I don't ever have to go back obviously, but if I were in such a situation again in the future I know where I'd go, and of course I highly recommend Gerber Collision to others.

I did a Yelp search to find body shops in the area and was nervous as almost all I visited (at least 4 others in a 5-10 mile area) gave me higher than expected quotes, said they had to wait weeks to "order" a part needed and/ or had longer promise times/ billed more hours than needed for repair when I compared them all together. However this shop is the best! Even though I had to wait a bit to get an appointment in, the process was seamless from when I popped in for an estimate to when I drove out of there. DJ was kind and courteous as was Eris and helped assure me my car would be done in the timeframe promised and not only delivered that promise but has my car looking better than ever and helped buff out a few extra scratches!
