Our car is like new!!! Zero signs of the collision at all. We hit a deer that caused a lot of damage to the left front and driver side of our suv. Gerber team was able to give a fair quote that was much less than other shops. They were able to completely repair our SUV... it looked like a new car when I picked it up. I waited a couple weeks to post this just in case it drove funny or there were follow-up issues (which they guarantee to repair) but there is nothing zero zilch. I would 1000000% recommend taking your car here for repairs. They were in constant communication with any updates and completed the repair earlier than expected. Recently had an accident and had to take my car in for service. I chose Gerber Collision due to location and their ratings. I'm glad I did because I received excellent service. The communication and friendly customer service were top notch throughout, as was getting everything sorted out with insurance and the car rental place. In addition, I received my car back completely fixed after just 4 days, and it looked like an accident never even happened. Helpful, cheerful service from Barb and Sarah at Gerber Collision - i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Gerber was recommended by my insurance company as a preferred-provider, and i was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service i received. Everything was well-explained, i was never talked-down to, and i received timely updates (via text message and phone calls) on the status of my repair. also, i can't recall his name, but a very-friendly fellow with a sweet beard gave me a ride to my office when i dropped my car off, which was a service i didn't expect. the repair work itself was done to a high standard of quality and i'm very happy with the results. and while i certainly expected that they would have needed to wash my car's exterior to do the repair work, i was amazed to find that they had removed and washed (not just vacuumed!) my interior rubber floor mats. also, there is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car located very conveniently next-door, sharing the same building and parking lot. i can highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass at the Northville Rd location. read more

Thanks to Frank, Megan an the rest of the crew! People always say somebody goes above and beyond very passively. But they went above and beyond. Without going into the boring details, a headlight did not come in on time and they went themselves to go get it. If they didn't do it I would have not got my car back until after Christmas. Horrible customer service!! I was in an accident and had to cover the damages I caused to another vehicle. We received a quote for a different location and thinking that all locations are interconnected we dropped the car at the Northville. After opening up the car and waiting a WHOLE week to hear back the quote went up by $1000 in labor fees. Mind you the only difference between the two quotes was that they were no longer using a new bumper but rather fixing the old one and replacing two tiny brackets. After conducting some research I saw that the two brackets sell for $10 dollar a piece and require minimal work to replace. As a young female who they took as not knowing much about cars I felt taken advantage of and with very little communication coming from their side to explain their actions. Went in to see if they could help me with my stuck tailgate that also had a cover on the back of my truck so I couldn't get in there to try and fix it myself. While I didn't have an appointment, someone walked out with me to check it out to see if it was even something they could fix, had another guy come out and look at it and w/in 15 minutes had the job done. Amazingly friendly service, on the spot. Gave me the piece that was causing the trouble and told me what to do if it happens again. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Cant praise them enough, they go way above and beyond. My car was damaged while shipping and i had these guys fix it for me, the initial window replacement wasn't to my liking so they redid it free of charge and even took care of a loose part in the door!!! Dede and Angie are a dream to work with! Very accommodating with my schedule! Ive referred 2 of my friends to go get their glass fixed with Northville Gerber and im sure ill keep going back whenever i need them! My repair was not easy and im picky with what I expect to have done when i spend money...lets just say I couldn't have picked a better place!
