So I thought I originally made my appointment at the novi location but somehow it was scheduled at the Northville location. He said that wouldn't be a problem and snuck my wife and I right at the end of the day. They were also able to install the tires I wanted and able to replace all of my old lug studs and repair any holes that were damaged on my hubs. I forgot to mention one of my ball joints needed to be replaced and he said they had them in stock and could have it done with the four wheel alignment . The price was way lower than I expected and had me out in 2 hours. They had to order 2 of my wife's 4 wheels in but had her in by the next day at another great price. Every star earned!! be very cautious!!!! I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my car and when I got home I found they either broke my "M" from my G M C on the front of the car or removed it (stole it. I know it was there in the morning before I dropped it off. I called them immediately and Joe was like we weren't even working on the front of the car, and I was like you did an oil change. He put me on hold and came back and said he doesn't see it, like no compassion that they caused damage to my vehicle. Now I am going to try and find a new one, which will cost me more money. The staff at this location are completely incompetent and have no business touching anyone's vehicle. I brought my car in for a simple winter tire install, and they managed to chip the finish on all four of my BBS wheels. To make it worse, they even installed the wrong tire size on one wheel -- an absolutely ridiculous mistake. When I confronted the general manager, he flat-out denied everything and tried to gaslight me by claiming I must be confusing my car with another customer's vehicle. Their customer service team wasn't any better. They also denied the damage despite the obvious evidence. Only after pushing the issue did they offer to pay for repairs, but at that point I had already disputed the charge with my credit card company. This place is a joke. I will never return to any Belle Tire location, and I strongly urge others to stay far away unless you want your vehicle damaged and then be blamed for it. read more

I have had nothing but good experiences with Belle tire, this location or any other location I have gone to. I came in because I had a leak in a tire. They told me that they had a busy schedule but if I left the car there they would get it looked out before the end of the day. Thankfully my husband was driving behind me so we decided to go out for dinner. Before our meal was even served I got a call from Belle tire letting me know that the car was ready and confirmed there was a nail in the tire. When I got there I fully expected to have to pay for the tire repair but was pleasantly surprised that they said that they would fix it at no charge, which was even more of a surprise because I didn't buy my tires from them. They did point out that I needed rear brakes - which I was completely aware of. I didn't have time to get them done then so I brought the vehicle in about two weeks later. The repair was done quickly and I was on my way within a matter of 90 minutes (may have been a little more or less as I walked across the street to a coffee shop). read more

BelleTire matched the price for Costco. There was an advertised rebate from Michelin at the time in the store in print and online. The store gave me a pile of rebate forms which had to be done online. They were broke down into two one from Belle Tire and one from Michelin. The websites didn't work had to keep resubmitting and refilling out each time finally got them both done. Then received message from Michelin saying it was expired. It was not expired when submitted. It was submitted the next day as it took hours to do and wouldn't work immediately . Dan at Belle Tire in Novi refused to change the oil in my 2007 Corvette because he said it had to be "Mobil 1". I told him, as the owner, I did not want "Mobil 1". I said the regular synthetic will be "just fine". He refused to help me. I am a regular customer at this Belle Tire. I have bought several sets of tires for my vehicles, including the Michelin Pilots that are currently on the listed corvette. I guess I should add, I am a former customer at any and all Belle Tire locations. I actually drive by a Discount Tire and a Firestone Tire to get to Belle Tire. Never again. read more

Such horrible service. I came in for a slow leak on my tire. They said they found a nail in it, but when I asked to see it, there wasn't one to be shown. The guys in there have such a negative cocky attitude. My mom who lives in CA recommend I come to belle tire because at the location she went to, she pulled up, they found a nail, and didn't ask her to pay anything- just a nice yelp review. I had a flat tire so I took it off myself, thinking it would make it quicker for the Belle Tire guys to change it out or fix the flat. I was terribly wrong. I dropped the one wheel off at 8am in the morning and I came in around 4pm, hoping to just pick it up. When I asked, I was told that my tire is up next on the machine. I noticed it was a busy day, so I patiently sat down to wait. However, I ended up waiting over 4 hours later (past closing time), even after confirming once more that I was still "next in line." What upsets me is the fact that there were customers with cars that came in after me, that left earlier than me. Went to Belle Tire in Royal Oak, November 2018 for a slow leak on the Driver rear tire. Paid $25.00 for the service. December, 2018 the indicator light came on and I made an appointment with the Assistant Manager Pat at Royal Oak location. This time they state the tire could not be repaired and that I needed 4 new tires. Mind you this is a 2016 Escalade with 32000 miles on all of the tires. I made an appointment with Surburban Cadillac for routine maintenance and servicing of the tire. It appears as though Belle Tire never took out the screw that was in the tire and patched over the subject matter. Surburban Cadillac of Troy performed a great service and stated that all 4 tires were fine and tire replace of 4 tire was not needed. $33.04 charge for the repair of leaky tire, at Surburban Cadillac Belle Tire is a HORRIBLE place to go for service !!! read more

Purchased stylish new wheels from them. Wheels were special ordered and took a few days to get here. Belle tire had the best prices on wheels I could find anywhere. Throughout my transaction, had great communication for when the wheels arrived and when I could come in. Wheel installation and TPMS installation was free! It just so happened one of the wheels was damaged during transport. Belle Tire was very upfront about it. They installed the damaged wheel temporarily and replaced it with a new wheel once it arrived. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I'm impressed. tl;dr - Great, fast service. I had an appointment to come in and have 4 new tires installed. As I walked in it was clear where the sales staff were and they responded immediately. Asked how may I help you. Gave him my personal information and they pulled up my appointment and confirmed the quoted price I was given over the phone two days earlier. They courteously explained what was included in the price. Then they took my keys and pulled the car into one of the bays a couple minutes latter. I was going to wait in their lobby while they performed their work. The lobby was clean and the chairs were spaced out to comply with social distancing. During their wheel alignment check they found some measurements were out of specified ranges. They quoted the extra cost and said they could complete the task in about 20 - 25 minutes. I told them to go ahead and make the necessary adjustments. 20 minutes latter they pulled the car up to the front of the store lot. Very good experience. The people and their service was great. Highly recommend them for tire replacement. read more

Not sure what happen here. Read the reviews and they said fast courteous service. I was in the Novi area for a doctors appointment and needed my tires looked at so I called this location and they said no problem there isn't a wait and we will get you in right away. 1 1/2 hours later I'm still waiting for my vehicle. I only needed them to check my front passenger tire for a leak. Big mistake!!!! Maybe if the 4 guys standing around upfront waiting for customers should go in back and help work. That would maybe help the poor service. If you are in a hurry don't go there, like their shirts say I'm the guy don't believe it. They are not the guy!!!!! read more

I bought all four new tires march 5th 2022, went on vacation for a week so I rarely drove it. March 28th 2022 i Got in my vehicle and drove 10 miles until my car said I had low tire pressure in two tires. I'm stuck on side of road because the tires are so flat it's to the rim. I call a tow truck and they weren't able to put air in it bc both tires had a problem. Front drivers completely off the seal, passenger rear had a rim leak. I pay $700 for a tow back to belle tire since I just got them LESS THAN A MONTH ago. They explain they cannot repair the front tire bc it has a whole in the sidewall now- I HAD NO HOLE in the sidewall prior to drop off bc the tow truck company happens to be my master certified mechanic with pictures to show. So they refused to replace my tire for free even though this was THEIR mistake but now I'm spending another $200 on a tire. Instead of going to work and making money, I was left spending $900 today due to belle tires mistake and greed for money.! Will never be going back! read more

The customer service was not good . The gentleman that helped me didn't offer me a discount . I told him I had a 20.00 coupon from retail me not ! He said it expired was not friendly at all . There was a super nice gentlemen that worked there that said to the other employee give her this code to get 30.00 . He still did seem like he cared about my 1st experience at all. Several times I have gone in to try and get it fixed and they tell me my car will be there all night possible next day pick up. The clerk in the front desk weren't attentive with there customers. All they are is business. I was given a time estimate of 2-3hrs, came here at 11:40 left the car for lunch, came back 12:30. 2hrs later 2:00, I check on the status. He said "there getting it inside, in a couple of minutes" so waited 30mins car just pulled up 2:30pm. it's 4:04 my car is still not done. And I ask they said there getting the alignment check and it's gonna take a few mins before they could bring it in. They are very slow just got my car it's 4:44pm WOW GREAT JOB BELLE TIRE NOVI. I have been coming to this Belle Tire location for years and had excellent experience with professional staff. I hate to say but over the past 18 months things have deteriorated - either due to poor management or lack of training. Your store has serviced mutiple vehicles for me: Ford, Cadillac and BMW X5. I have had 2 back to back terrible experience - First with my BMW where a bolt was not tightened properly resulting in potential safety issue that was caught by a BMW certified repair shop. Second today with my winter tire switch where the mechanic arbitrarily decided to throw my summer tires inspite of my clear instructions to bag the tires and put them in the back. No one called to ask for my permission, no mention at check out. I just happened to notice missing tires as I got in my car after payment. When I came back looking for the tires, I was told that the shop made a decision for me to throw my tires as they were worn out. I asked them to show my tires and after looking around for few minutes (15?) they produced 1 tire with wear and fretting which clearly did not look like my tire as I routinely check my wheels and tires. Of course I had no other evidence at the time to dispute that my good tires have potentially been thrown away. The store manager was standing there and did not have the courtesy to approach me and at least apologize for the incident. Clearly disgusted and feeling cheated by the store management. Beware and pick another nearby store as these folks have lost there credibility - very important as they are dealing with safety product that carries our family on the road !
