They left a scratch on my hood and did a lousy job of cleaning the window and left a mess all over my dashboard of whatever he scraped off. I mentioned the scratch on the hood to the installer, and he just said, was it there before. I live on a dirt road. I wash my car by hand in my driveway. At least once a week because of all the dust, I think I would have noticed the scratch, had it, been there before the installation. Not sure how to go about bringing this problem to the company. I will talk to legal counsel before anything else, is it done.

After multiple delays and an initial pickup where the check engine light promptly returned--requiring me to bring the car back--I was met with a lack of professionalism when I expressed concerns about both the delays and the fact that the vehicle was returned without the turbo reinstalled. These are valid safety and performance issues, yet Shirita was dismissive, confrontational, and unwilling to engage in a constructive conversation. When I requested contact information for her superior to escalate the matter, I was told to "find it myself on the website." For the record, Will--if this review finds you--your contact information was not, in fact, on the website. Customer service should be about more than just fixing the vehicle--it should also include respectful and responsive communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The next morning on the way to work the Palisade alerted a "Overheat" indication. The radiator support bracket was replaced, so most likely they took the radiator out to replace the bracket. They forgot to replenish the coolant. They said " It's ready to go" After nine weeks, you would think this vehicle would be "Perfect". Nope! The worst part was the Palisade went to LaFontaine Hyundai in Livonia to have the front harness replaced and the coolant system could have been properly serviced. Her car was drivable and she continued to Michigan but we wanted to see if the external damage to her fender was the only real concern and that nothing under the car would cause a problem for her on her return trip. We went in, and the guy at the counter was beyond helpful. He listened to her tell her experience, came outside in the high heat and humidity and looked at her car in the parking lot. He got down on the ground and slid under it, repositioning a plastic guard that was loose and hanging down, and said things looked otherwise ok. Just the cosmetic damage to the bumper and fender. We offered to pay him but he declined. She is on her way to Texas now, and we are so grateful for the service and kindness we received. Would recommend and would return.

This company's culture is unhealthy. The shower installers did not share with owner what happened:…read more that they backed into my garage apron to turn around and leave on 10/18. They backed up too far towards garage and dented the gutter above my garage in two places about 18 -24 inches apart . It also dislodged the downspout on left of garage. The gutter had to be replaced; it cost me time to find a company and 385 dollars for install of a new gutter. At first I thought it was an Amazon truck that was at fault - the height was right. But then I looked at the photos and the placement of the dents. As soon as I saw the Wolverine Glass truck again on 11/8 (my installation was delayed) with metal stuff/ladders sticking out about a foot from the back end of the truck, I knew based on my photos that they had done it. Their demeanor with me was also very different from the first time they were here - they knew I knew. I am owed an apology - and the company's insurance should pay for the 385. In addition, the customer service was below par. They never did courtesy calls to confirm appointments; I always had to call them to confirm. And at the end, I did not even receive a thank you - dirt on shower floor and an invoice via email for the last 50% of the bill. I do not recommend them.
