Lowes was going to cover the installation fee when we complained about your terrible service - my husband was going to accept the offer until you or your employee told LOWES, "as long as the guy that was there that morning is not there." Well, that guy happens to be married to another guy. This is the 21st century, gay people exist! 09/03/2020 If you want a company to 0. Contact you to change the appointment the night before only to change the appointment when they arrive the next day. 1. Blame everything on the customer the moment they arrive. 2. Have the audacity to tell you after they change the schedule the 3rd time that they will only come back and "work things out with you IF YOUR SAME-SEX SPOUSE ISN'T HOME." 6. When i realized that my 100 year old plumbing system HAD to be replaced, I called Action. They supplied me with a reasonable estimate, started work the time they said they would and spent several days completing the job...And what a fantastic job! They even went over-and-above what was agreed upon...No surprises or "add-ons" when the bill was handed to me. The invoice was the amount of the estimate. Small win in court! I took JAG Plumbing to small claims after they abandoned equipment in my sewer…read moreline and refused to take responsibility. The judge ruled in my favor and awarded me damages. It feels good to have some accountability -- persistence pays off! This is what happened. They did not know how to control their snake as they were helping to fix a blockage. Their snake got caught and they were unable to remove it. They did not provide any options to remedy the situation. While their business card says they have insurance, they refused to give me their insuarnce information to help remove and repair the damage. I had my lawyer send a demand letter and JAG did not respond. The Ohio Attorney General got involved and JAG refused to respond to them. My last resort is taking them to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them they hide rather than try to help you.

The guy didn't have the right tools to pressure test the lines and had to call another guy to come out with the low-pressure pump. When said and done I asked for an estimate for repairs. John was supposed to email me my estimates for repairs, but I've been ghosted for about a month now. Paid the $185.00 for the 2 hours of the guy sitting in his truck and walking back and forth. Job should have taken no more than an hour to do. I do not recommend this company.

I know they were clearing trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Phil's was a referral of a FB friend and I called them. Tom came out and was so friendly!! He told me I could keep my drains/pipes from clogging by using plain bleach. Then he gave me an estimate on the spot, then looked again, ran out to his truck and fixed my piping right there. Took about 15 minutes. It was $92.00!! I was so relieved AND grateful, as well as happy with their awesome customer service. I'm glad when a company is honest, fixed what's actually broken and gives you tips on how to maintain it. They were polite and caring people - two young men showed up one worked one helped as needed -…read moreafter an hour and half working on bathroom sink and kitchen sink the one young man went under the house and discovered the kitchen pipe had a hole in it - within 5 mins he charged me $95 said he'd come back with boss with estimate next day - poof they were gone - never heard back from them Then next day we used Rooter Man, LLC again nice gentleman came - turns out they were all nephews in the family - then things turn to hell - we explained the issue and what happened and how we were abandoned - we agreed sink drain needed estimate - he went under and viewed the issue - decided to work on bathroom sink and fix that for $150 since we wasted $95 day before and they were nephews - he didn't have a watch or phone on him - 4.5-5 hrs later he fixed the bathroom clog - his boss called US TWICE to contact him and check on him because if time - gentleman admitted he lost track of time and didn't realize he'd been there that long - ended up charging us $361.25 - problem I had was he didn't track his time despite us telling him and checking on him - he promised to come back and give us estimate - no call next day - we called they denied knowing us we provided details - response "OH" - well we will be out after he finishes his current job for estimate - again no call another day no water usage - 4 days now Here's the issues I have - we were honest and said we were concerned about price because we are on disability - we were honest about it and said estimates would help - then find out both companies refused to come out for estimates because "we don't have money" our disability and senior status was used against us - I had an issue either this along with the extra costs for repair because person on site chose not to track his time - then denied service - then the gentleman threatened physical harm on me because I dared to question their actions and choices and said I had an issue with moving forward with a $100 check he was given - avoid Drain Master and definitely avoid Rooter Man, LLC in Toledo if your a senior citizen and/or on a fixed income these people will rip you off and treat you badly they have no respect or decency
