This was my first service experience at this dealership. I purchased (from the dealership) a 2025 Certified Subaru in February 2026 with low mileage. I brought the car for an oil change and multi-point inspection. It took just over an hour which was fine considering I did not make an appointment and they were very busy. The check-in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I loved the update video the technichian sent while I waiting. I bought my Subaru Impreza at this dealership in 2018 and I have taken my service needs there ever since. The service department is excellent! It is easy to use the web site to schedule an appointment (although in an emergency you could just show up and see if they can see you). Whether for routine maintenance or addressing a problem, they get the job done reliably and with quality. They take videos of the car to show what they are going to work on. Sometimes they offer complimentary car washing service. There is a nice break room inside with coffee and plenty of seats. I highly recommend this place whether buying a new car or servicing your existing vehicle. read more

I most recently needed parts for my passenger side mirror. In November when I came in for service, I was quoted $230 for the parts with paint and I was told the parts would be ordered. Quote photo attached. January comes around and I haven't received a call about these parts or the next steps. I called and was told parts are backordered and they have not received them yet. I called again in the beginning of March and was told the same thing. In June I came in for routine service and inquired about these parts that I ordered in November. I was told that since I did not pay for the parts they were never ordered. I explained that I called a couple times and the parts department said that the parts were on backorder. I was told no that was not the case. I went ahead and paid for the parts on June 22, however, the price was more than quoted. There was an extra part not included in the quote that was added on, making the total now $292.55. I felt manipulated, however I paid that amount since I've been waiting 6 months to get this fixed. Liz informed me that they will call when the parts arrive to make an appointment to get the parts installed. She said that the installation shouldn't take long, the parts just pop in. I waited almost 2 months for the parts to arrive, painted and to get an appointment. When I made the appointment over the phone I was told that it would be a quick process. August 20th I went in to get these parts installed. The process took over 1 hour. I arrived a little before 2:15 and my car was ready at about 3:25pm. This seemed like a much longer time than to just "pop the parts in". I asked why and they said that they had to take off part of the door panel to install it, which I was not aware of through this entire ordeal. Then I was blindsided by the cost, which was over $200. I was told I had to pay for the paint and the labor. This was very confusing and I felt that I am being taken advantage of since I am a young, female, and this is my first vehicle. I was originally quoted $230 with paint. Then had to pay extra when the parts were finally ordered. I was a little hesitant but it was only a $62 difference. Now I'm told to pay extra yet again because apparently the paint was not included. I also did not expect the process to take over an hour, therefore did not expect to pay as much in labor costs. As per Liz and the person I spoke to on the phone, the installation was supposed to be quick. After explaining all this the cost was reduced to $82.10. This entire process took about 9 months to complete and was a humiliating and stressful process. I do not recommend this place to any Subaru owner. I contacted the manager Mike Roman about this issue and have not heard back. read more

Buyer beware! Took my car here for a simple routine brake job, but Mike the manager told me I needed new rotors and calibers estimated at $1500 with parts and labor. Unbeknownst to them, I had just gotten brand new rotors and calibers a few months ago. They also claimed they needed a couple of more days just to do a brake job and wanted to keep my car for an extra two days! I told them I'll go elsewhere and luckily, my friend who is a mechanic checked my car and said it was in fact just new barpads that I needed. One hour later and $300, my car was back to normal. Beware of this dealerships shady business practices! They will take days for a simple job and find any excuse to up-charge you. Stay away! The owner completely lies and denies reviews instead of fixing their dealerships issues. Buyer beware! read more

I purchased my very first vehicle, a 2015 forester back in September 2014. No issues, the transaction was pretty quick. Given the fact that it's almost 8 years now, it's still in excellent condition, I would need to get an extended car warranty, just in case something might happen. I've called several dealerships, and they were the 3rd one I called. I spoke with someone in the sales/finance department. One of the first things they would ask is if you purchased your vehicle with them. I was expecting that I would have a smooth conversation. But no! This man was very rude! I told him what car I purchased from them and when I purchased it. He put me on a brief hold, and then came back on the phone and said "ma'am we don't offer warranties for vehicles that old! I can't understand what you mean by avail. I'm trying to understand what you are saying." So I said "I am trying to BUY an extended car warranty for my vehicle. " At first I thought he's just not understanding what I was trying to say, but I just realized that he is just rude when he started raising his voice. All the other dealerships offered an extended car warranty, I am just very surprised that the dealership where I purchased my vehicle (brand new) from almost 8 years ago, did not! Plus the fact that that man was trying to avoid his work responsibilities and raising his voice out of frustration just because he was probably about to get off from work. read more

We were told the plates were "overnight shipped" two days ago and still have received nothing nor any updates. As a member of Costco; I am to get a special deal at this dealership. I went there after being informed I would get a Costco price. I informed them prior to trip that I live over an hour away. They still lured me in with their tactics. After my test drive, not only do I not get the COSTCO. They added $3,000 to price ( market adjustment) none of cars in my are are doing this.
