Window World - 2 of the 9 windows installed 12/23/20

My pantry window broke, it was the weight on one side. I now have to take a photo of it and send in…read morethe serial number. I don't have a phone to do this so I will be waiting. I know what the problem is so just send a repair person instead of going through hoops to get a simple fix on a window that has a life time guarantee. I know the problem so fix it as your warranty says-bad service on a easy fix,

Come December 23rd we got our windows installed but were told our patio door came in broken, which I was kind of upset about as I wanted this all completed before Christmas, but instead had to wait another 13 weeks till the patio door came in. So they called and said they could install on March 26th, 2021. March 26th comes and the installers get here, same people who installed my windows and get everything laid out and prepared to install. I then here we can't get it installed as he shows me a picture of the new patio door coming in broken AGAIN. Now you would think they would check the product over before scheduling an appointment to install the product. Apparently not! So NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT PROBABLY ANOTHER 12 F***ING WEEKS for our patio door to HOPEFULLY BE INSTALLED by END OF JUNE 2021, 9 MONTHS AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, and the project is still not complete. Never getting Window World products again. Only will choose Feldo, Pella or Andersen Windows. This patio door BETTER NOT come in and be broken for a 3rd time... I expect to get my money completely back for this patio door after install for the number of weeks this project has taken! VERY POOR QUALITY/CRAFTSMANSHIP! See photos for the white part that was broken on the patio door that they tried to install on 3/26/2021. The other photos are some of the windows that they installed on 12/23/2020 when the PATIO DOOR WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO COME!

I made that very clear to the scheduler. The scheduler confirmed that that could be done. I subsequently received an email confirming the appointment. I replied, repeating my insistence that I simply wanted the repair made in a single visit without a separate visit from an estimator. Sure enough, an estimator arrived 20 minutes late without any equipment. He was downright rude when I complained, saying "no one does business that way." I told him that Guardian was put on notice at least twice that I was not interested in a two step process. I would not have bothered taking time off from work had they simply told me they required a two step process. At my request, the manager called me, and I explained the situation. She was pleasant on the phone and said that she would she she could find someone in the organization to address the issue. I forwarded the earlier email for her records. She promptly acknowledged receipt. That was all two weeks ago. I never heard from her again. She did not respond to three follow-up emails of increasing urgency. The repair still have not been made, and I am back to square one. I DID receive a robotext asking me to rate my experience. (eyeroll). Stay away from these people. They are arrogant and beyond worthless unless you have a major project, and even then you have to worry about how they respond to a problem. Dear Guardian: am sorry I am not worth your precious time. It will not happen again.

Workers were very diligent and hard-working. The project managers had to deal with extra problems that were uncovered when the old roof was taken off - many layers and uneven spots, for which we did pay extra. Our problem is with the follow up. While our manager/site boss - not exactly sure what his title is -was communicative during the process and did come back to follow up with some debris that was left in the gutter, etc. we told him that our large front bush got damaged. He assured us that they have a company that they work with, and that he would have them get in touch with us. That was three months ago, and I have sent him five texts, none of which were answered. While the roof itself seems fine, the lack of follow-up communication does not bode well for potential future problems.
