In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. The design session was extremely helpful as we had an idea of what we wanted but didn't have the details in mind. Shirley asked us detailed questions about what was most important to us and our habits and created the a fabulous custom closet that's also very functional within our budget. We also did some custom cabinets to our living room TV unit. There was a miscommunication around the design but they reached out proactively to fix it. Ivan (or Evan?) and the installation team finished the job in 1 day instead of the 2 booked. They were extremely professional and efficient. The office staff (Lisa and Anastasia) were very responsive on billing communications. Overall a really great experience. I would highly recommend the NJ Closet Factory team!

It's a 4 BR 2.5 Bath home so that was a lot for 1 person. Most rooms were cleaned well but they missed cleaning some area all together. like the master bath and powder toilet bowls and main bath bathtub. When we ended there was a question about the fee due to the number of rooms. When I asked why it was more than quoted the customer service person said "well there were more rooms than you said". So I asked "then why did you clean what was not on the list?". See they count a small foyer as a room and the laundry room as a room. And I didn't ask for them to be cleaned. They also said "an eat in kitchen is counted as 2 rooms and you only said a kitchen". So long story short ... the service quality was ok ... but the manager provided no customer service and it felt like an old-fashioned bait and switch. The cleaning staff didn't speak English so it made it very uncomfortable for both her and I that the manager kept saying ... we did more so you owe more. Very unprofessional.
