Shirley asked us detailed questions about what was most important to us and our habits and created the a fabulous custom closet that's also very functional within our budget. We also did some custom cabinets to our living room TV unit. There was a miscommunication around the design but they reached out proactively to fix it. Ivan (or Evan?) and the installation team finished the job in 1 day instead of the 2 booked. They were extremely professional and efficient. It's a 4 BR 2.5 Bath home so that was a lot for 1 person. Most rooms were cleaned well but they missed cleaning some area all together. like the master bath and powder toilet bowls and main bath bathtub. When we ended there was a question about the fee due to the number of rooms. When I asked why it was more than quoted the customer service person said "well there were more rooms than you said". So I asked "then why did you clean what was not on the list?". See they count a small foyer as a room and the laundry room as a room. And I didn't ask for them to be cleaned. They also said "an eat in kitchen is counted as 2 rooms and you only said a kitchen". So long story short ... the service quality was ok ... but the manager provided no customer service and it felt like an old-fashioned bait and switch. The cleaning staff didn't speak English so it made it very uncomfortable for both her and I that the manager kept saying ... we did more so you owe more. Very unprofessional.
