I recently brought my Honda Rancher ATV in after they called me about some warranty work that…read moreneeded to be done. While it was there, I decided to get an oil change done too. When I came to pick it up, they handed me a bill for $186 just for the oil change -- $125 in labor and the rest in parts. They told me this with a straight face. I was in shock. An ATV oil change does not take long, and I had wrongly assumed it would cost somewhere around what I normally pay for my car (about $80). To see more than double that was extremely disappointing. After calling around later, I found out I could have easily had the same service done elsewhere for less than half the price. The labor charge alone feels outrageous for such a simple service. Maybe if you have a major repair you might consider bringing your ATV here, but for something basic like an oil change, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. I had even planned to buy a new Foreman for our property and a Honda side by side for my mom, but after this experience, I will absolutely not be purchasing or servicing anything here again. Very disappointed.

It does not feel like like a big dealership. The owner, Dale, seems knowledgeable and honest. I dropped off my 20 year old snowmobile during the busy season because it wouldn't run. He started working on it a week later. One week after that, it was done and ready to go. Reasonable labor rate. Only disappointed that they could not do pickup and delivery. I will likely have my equipment serviced here in the future.
