However, I placed a phone call close to the time period that my grace would lapse and had 2 large items with them still (a beautiful picture and a distressed mirror from pottery barn). I was told that they would hang on to the items as it would just take the right buyer to see them and purchase them-they made a concession to the grace period. Knowing this I did not contact them again, thinking they would reach out to me when the items sold. A year went by and I contacted the "business" and was told they would get back with me. They did not. After a month I called again. I was told my account was closed as it had been such a long period of time. They could not pay me what was in my account, so whatever money owed to me was taken by them. I did have very small items in my account that lingered and I asked them to just please donate it. I am left with nothing from the very nice items I trusted this business to consign.

I was able to get my daughter so much stuff for such little money. Some of the stuff i bought still had the original tags on them. What a great concept, this totally helps with recycling gently used clothes. I would recommend this sale to anyone and everyone. They have these sales in the spring and the fall. Restore is a large, clean, beautiful space for donations and purchases! Drive to the back for donations, and pull right up to the acceptance garage, the kind and professional gentlemen will take it from there. Should you desire a receipt, they'll make that happen too (just know that the paperwork wants an itemized donation list). Highly recommended.
