I waited an hour and 10 minutes got out and went to ask again. The employee stated that he was getting finished up with the paperwork soon after the truck leaves and I continue to wait another 10 minutes since you have to wait till they signal you and guide you into the bay. Soon after that same employee walks out in civilian clothes and gets in his personal car and leaves without saying a word to me even though he knew I had been waiting a long time. I asked one of the other employees now when they were going to signal me to pull in and they told me they had to allow the other two semi truck to finish. I told them that the last guy told me I was next and they just nod their head and didn't know what else to say to me. I was very upset because I only stopped in knowing that I would wait 20 minutes, maybe 30 but I waited a total of one hour and 25 minutes and got nothing done so instead I left. I will not be coming back here. I see now why they have so little stars. Their customer service here is absolutely terrible.

Went in for an oil change. They completed the service really fast, printed out the receipt and I…read morepaid. Went out to my car and the notification that they reset the oil life was on the dash. While clearing that to the main screen I saw that the tire pressure was at 28 psi for one of my tires. The receipt said they checked and all tires were at 38 psi. They claimed that they topped off the fluids, my window wash fluid was still empty, my coolant was low as well. They put that they checked the cabin air filter, I know they didn't because nothing was disturbed in my glove box where that filter is located. I actually pulled over to check the oil, it appeared that they did change it. I know that most of these are considered complimentary services but they also are safety items as well. For what they charged they obviously did not do what they claimed. I've been to a few other locations in the Grease Monkey chain here in the Denver metro area, the constant thing is less than honest customer service and they all are owned by the same franchise. Terrible customer service and dishonest practices seem to be the norm for these guys. I definitely will not be using them in the future.

I have never felt compelled to write a review for a business until the HORRIBLE experience I have had at Mud's Tires. They've got GOONS working there and this shop should be avoided at all costs. Earlier this year, I brought my Jeep into Mud's to see what it would take to get my check engine light turned off. Well, 14k later, my check engine light is still on. This is the most back-alley and illegitimate mechanic shop I have ever dealt with and I am embarrassed I ever went here. After having to bring my Jeep back into this shop and having it stay over night there for a total of 60 days this year, I decided to cut my losses and accept that these dirtbags were never actually going to honor their "warranty." Mud's claims to have a warranty for all work performed but they won't actually honor that, when you inevitably have to bring your car back in when their shotty mechanic work immediately fails. They will try and convince you that you have to spend more money with them to actually fix the problem this time. They will pretend to work on your car while they keep it for a few days/weeks and you are without a way of getting around. This happened to me and when I complained to the owner he tried to gaslight me and tell me the issues I was having with my Jeep, after paying him thousands, were somehow my fault? I've attached a screenshot of the convo to this review, in which the owner of the shop tells me "I'm not your daddy," after I complained to him about the mechanical work the goons he's got working in there did on my Jeep. Also, I recommend scrolling down a few reviews to read about one customers experience at Mud's in which she over hears the owner complaining about "blacks." This is the kind of shop Mud's is. NEVER GO HERE. They will rob you and your car will run worse than it did before you brought it in. The owner will act like he's your friend and that he's giving you a deal. Run. He's a hustler and don't fall for his tricks. He is not your friend and he will rob you blind if you give him the chance. Lastly, I asked the owner for a 6k refund after his goons essentially totaled my Jeep and he said he would sue me for defamation if I gave him a bad review. I've attached a screenshot of that interaction with him as well. Apparently customers take him to court often? Go to a real shop that can actually honor their warranty and has actual licensed mechanics.
