I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the time or resources to seek a second opinion, so I'll have to move forward and hope everything is in good shape. Fingers crossed.

I was on a waiting list, and instead of having me come sit and wait, they texted me about 15 minutes before they were ready to see me -- which was SO convenient. When I walked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. I enjoyed our conversation so much it almost made me want to come buy tires for fun more often (lol). The shop itself was the nicest tire shop I've ever seen -- unbelievably clean and well-kept. I would recommend this place a million times if I could. The gentleman who worked on my car did an excellent job explaining exactly what was done and what maintenance I should expect in the coming months. I'm definitely not a "car girl," so I really appreciated how patient and clear he was when walking me through everything. Outstanding service all around -- I'll absolutely be back!

He sent pictures of the carb out of the bike alright, but I had to take it back 3 times because it was spilling gas every time I tried to start it. G swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. Tried starting it earlier this year, and it puked gas all over my garage. So, I took apart myself only to find that the carb wasn't clean-dirty bowls and clogged float vavle, there was no new carb kit as all the seals were old and brittle - and that the gas line was secured with a zip-tie!!!!
