The oil that was drained was very dirty and it appears she was charged for an oil change that was never performed. My husband and daughter went back and spoke to Austin the manager on duty who advised they would refund my daughter ( still has not happened as of this review) and apologized. They had attendants helping people through the process when they arrived to the gate which I appreciated. Joseph walked me through the different wash services and also answered questions I had over their unlimited memberships. He was very professional and friendly, showed great customer service. I went for the top wash, the "Super Protect" at $22 and I feel it was worth every penny. Pretty sure the air freshener/dashwipes they gave me after purchase were complimentary with the service I got which I enjoyed receiving. After the car wash is complete, you can pull into a huge area where you can dry, detail and vacuum your vehicle out. They have damp microfibers to use, along with glass cleaner, vacuum access, and free air to inflate your tires. Tons of parking, very clean space. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. After completing the work, the second mechanic found several problems with Kearny Garage's repairs, including improperly installed new heads that allowed coolant to leak into the engine and could have destroyed it. I received a canned response from Kearny Garage, also known as Sun Automotive, apologizing and offering to address the issue through a call to their 800-number customer service department. They offered no real support and instead threatened legal action, stating, "I appreciate your passion; however, defamation is not encouraged." The original Kearny Garage would never have allowed this to happen; if it had, they would have resolved the problem immediately. Don't be misled: Kearny Garage is no longer a neighborhood mechanic that puts customers first. It is owned by Sun Automotive, which appears focused on maximizing profits for investors. Its mechanics work on commission and, in my experience, cut corners whenever possible. Within a mile, you can find two honest, locally owned neighborhood garages. Hotchkiss Auto Repair on Colfax and Emick's Auto Service on Colfax and Jasmine. I now wish I had chosen one of these garages.

G swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. Tried starting it earlier this year, and it puked gas all over my garage.
