He is truly the ideal of what I think of in terms of a local small business owner. Before starting the job, Ernie came out personally to inspect the house. That extra step gave me confidence that they would complete the job thoroughly for the exact price quoted. The services included a full house cleaning, deep cleaning the rugs, and tackling our floor-to-ceiling windows, which were left spotless. The price was very fair for the amount of work required. Most importantly, our Property Manager said they did a great job and didn't request any extra cleaning or retain any of our deposit to do more work. I still am shocked this company maintains a diamond certified rating. We hired them based on that rating, and now have a lot less confidence in that rating system. The cleaning was mediocre (3 star quality) (we have worked with a few other services as reference points). But the service was abominable. Cleaning crews would oftern arrive 2-3 hours late. When it got closer to 4 hours late, we canceled and confirmed we with office that we would not be charged. Nonetheless, they sent us a bill. They also sent us bills for service dates where we cancelled (due to vacations, etc.) well in advance and should not have been charged per their policy. When we quesitoned the charges, they were removed from the bill, but not much later, they began to send us new bills that omitted the service date (apparently an attempt to obscure what service dates we had paid for and not, and to charge us for cancelled cleanings or no-shows on their part). When we asked them to provide the service dates, they would provide dates after their new "policy" of omitting service dates from bills, making it difficult to track what dates we had paid for and not paid for. We fired them. I would not do business with them ever again, and would not recommend them to anyone. Their practices were unethical and dishonest. read more

I was recommended All Bright through a friend and my experience was fantastic. This was the first time Ive used professional cleaners in my apartment. I had them do a deep clean as well as a carpet cleaning. The process took a few hours and 2 people. They had their work cut out for them. Used All Bright for quite a while. They did a fairly good job on my house. I got bumped off the schedule when I was out of town for a few weeks. I did not cancel service as we still have traffic in the house from the animals. The stopped coming over after they realized we had not been there in two weeks. One of the staff got freaked out by our dog. I could not get back regular service again. I would have like to keep using them. I like dhow clean the place was while they were here. read more

My wife Kathie was the first to find All Bright Cleaning through a good friend that uses their service. We had just lost our house cleaner of about 10 years, and were unsure of what was out there. After contacting Ernie he came out and gave us an estimate that was not the least expensive, but was similar to what we had been paying. The cleaning crew came out and we were very satisfied with their work. Of course, my wife has her pet peeves, such as the solution she likes to use on the hardwood floors and making sure the crew does not use the same cleaning towels used in the kitchen as the bathrooms. They passed her test and we even referred them to two friends in the neighborhood. I had been a satisfied customer of All Bright for over 15 years. This company provides any and all services in and around the home, not just house cleaning, which by the way, they do exceptionally well. I always loved the way the house looked and smelled after they were done. The wooden floors looked like glass, the cabinets looked shiny, and the kitchen and bathrooms were squeaky clean and smelled fresh. We did a mistake choosing this cleaning service just because it is a 'Diamond certified' company. The person whom we spoke to, Ernie gave the estimate for a monthly cleaning service of 2 hrs based on the number of rooms, bathrooms. He said they will do the basic stuff like vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms first and the other things like beds, windows etc will be done later within the 2 hour window. The cleaning crew were always in a hurry to leave. They did only the basic cleaning and completed in about an hour. The quality of the service was very poor. The carpets were unclean, dirt on the floor etc. Upon asking for additional cleaning that was agreed upon, the crew said they just do basic cleaning and that they had to rush to another place. We cancelled their service. We would rather go for a cleaning service that provides a good quality service and better pricing than just charging more for the superior 'products' they say they use ! read more

Based on the 2 other reviews, 4 stars must seem outrageous, but I have to say our experience with All Bright was very good. We hired based on the Diamond Certification and Ernie came to our home on time for the estimate meeting and followed through with excellent service. We needed a move-in ready cleaning of our 3 story townhouse and that's what we received. Punctual service, and a detail oriented deep cleaning floor to ceiling throughout the home. I'm only giving 4 stars because I felt rates were high; however, the service provided and the fact that only 1 lady cleaned our home in it's entirety would create a higher rate charge. I have been using this service since 1977. In the interim I have tried other services and have found that they are not as reliable and do not do as good a job as All Bright. All Bright uses great equipment and goes out of its way to meet the customer's needs. All their employees are very well trained and the company is very easy to communicate with. Having used All Bright Cleaning Services for the last 20 years and having tried numerous other services, I can confidently recommend All Bright Cleaning Services. They are trustworthy, friendly and are excellent about scheduling and being on time. I have seen a couple crews come and go but they all have been friendly and efficient. Our house is always spotless after they clean and they pay special attention to detail especially in the kitchen. Unlike some of the other services, All Bright is a commercial and residential service. I have used them at my office as well. They have been around for over 30 years and in this valley you can't survive that long if you are not excellent. They offer more than just house cleaning. This company is awesome! I had a rental that was trashed by the pass tenant so at the recommendation of a friend I contacted All Bright Services and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Ernie. I explained my situation and how important it was to have the unit cleaned and restored to move in condition fast. This was on a Saturday, the following day Ernie sent out a full crew that worked on the unit for nearly the whole day and when I came to inspect the work I was totally delighted! The cleaning crew went above and beyond my expectations, the whole unit was sparkling clean and smelling great. This company doesn't even deserve one star. The owner Ernie is a dishonest and unethical person. We hired his company to clean our home for 3months. I gave his crew the benefit of the doubt since this was their first time cleaning our home. When Ernie came to give us an estimate for bi-weekly cleaning I told him that he estimate is higher than most cleaners. He told me he charges more because he provides the cleaning supplies and mentioned things like they clean the chandelier and windows everytime. The second time they came, I thought it was weird that they were finished cleaning our powder room in seconds (literally). So I went into the other bathroom that they had moved on to and I noticed the cleaner had no cleaning supplies. Just a rag. I spoke to the cleaner that was more fluent in English so they went to the truck to get the cleaning supplies. This basically means they had no intention of using any cleaning supplies. I spoke to Ernie and he said he would speak to them. They did the same thing the next time they came. I spoke to Ernie and he said it was impossible. I was there, Ernie wasn't! He doesn't take responsibility for his employees, his bills can be incorrect (he overcharged for one week and charged for a week that his crew didn't come). You will have a one way conversation if you have any problems. He doesn't listen although he acknowledges everything you're saying. read more
