I also did not choose a fabric, nor a color, so how are they charging me $45 in shipping? I asked a very specific question and there was no answer to my question. Just the invoice and a very high shipping charge that was not accounted for. There was no dialogue. No greeting. No invite to speak with them more about the order. Just an invoice. I had read that this company was very personable, kind, and do good work.
