I paid my balance, I feel this was a fair price. cremation and chapel, video, pamphlets, urn and three flower arrangements. However, with a cremation I had several flowers. I wish the setup were more like Moncito park in Loma Linda, where the picture is abouve the urn. Place was clean. I however felt rushed after my hour was up, I literally felt like my group had to totally be out of chapel by 1201. I was under the impression we could be in chapel at least in till 1220. I feel mt view is more casual than the other properties. Example the way they team members speak and even dress. Even rushed to sign my paperwork to get the death certificate and release of the urn. They got in contact with Riverside Cemetery and set up a date and time and honors for my father as well. This was great. I appreciate that.

All six pallbearers with black, long-sleeved tops, pants and ties were told to be at the cemetery 30 minutes before the service began, so they had to wait 90 minutes before the service actually started in hot weather!

My elderly mother was taken advantage of, and due to their own mistake -- sending important information to the wrong person -- our family is now left dealing with the consequences. Instead of taking accountability and doing what is right, they refuse to correct the issue. The Diocese of San Bernardino and Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery may have plenty of money, but unfortunately compassion and integrity seem to come second to greed. It is heartbreaking to experience this, especially from an organization that represents itself as Catholic. I am sharing this so other families can be aware and hopefully avoid going through the same pain and frustration our family has experienced. Families deserve honesty, transparency, and respect during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

It was clean and brightly lit with natural lighting. It smelled nice too and they had set up plenty of seats for guests. I provided the music for the Mass and the sound system was great for the space. Note: You'd have to bring your own instrument (keyboard, in this case) but they provided the microphones. And there were enough outlets. The grounds during the internment were neat and well-maintained. It was an easy walk from the mausoleum to the burial site, too. Overall, beautiful space for a funeral Mass and burial site. Would be nice if they had their own piano or keyboard on site.

This of course was a sensitive time for myself and my family. He handled every step with the utmost care. This site was the perfect place for our memorial. The grounds are charming. It's looks like a beautiful garden. We chose to have our memorial in their outdoor pavilion. Even though it was 95 degrees outside, we didn't feel the heat in the pavilion. It is covered and has 3 or 4 ceiling fans to alleviate the heat. An extra thank you to Eddie Olmos.
