Bobbitt Memorial Chapel was an easy and seamless beautiful experience with our director Bruce. He put our minds at ease while conducting our mothers final resting place. We were able to talk through and understand while keeping our minds and hearts free from the complexity of our grieving. During the viewing all our friends and family felt at peace and welcomed. My mother looked amazing, as if she fell asleep. Slight minor touches were no problem with the services as we were all discovering elements as we went along. I lost my husband unexpectedly and was left devastated and feeling lost. I had never dealt with death before so trying to find services for my husband proved to be very difficult and emotional. After calling around to several mortuaries in the inland Empire I was finally able to set up an appointment with Bobbitt. From the moment I walked in, I knew that this was the right choice for me. The representative that I had the pleasure of working with was "Brandon." He was very kind, warm and patient with me as I had several questions and oftentimes had to leave the room when I became emotional. I never felt that he was trying to up-charge me or sell me things that I did not want or need. He answered all of my questions and went over and beyond to find exactly what I wanted for my husband's services. He did a wonderful job on my husband - everyone talked about how great he looked. During the viewing everyone enjoyed the freshly baked cookies that they served throughout the entire evening and our friends and family members also enjoyed sitting in the lounge and watching a video that we prepared that was shown on TV's in the lounge. We were also able to bring in our own music which was playing outside as our loved ones entered the building. Although I never want to have to use their services again - because of the type of service that they offer - I would highly recommend Bobbitt to anyone. They have ample parking and the facility is nice and clean and well-kept. We had a miscarriage and wanted to cremate our baby so our parish priest referred us to Bobbitt Memorial. Although our baby was only 7 weeks, it was important for us to be able to cremate so we can have the baby blessed and with us. The facility was very clean and took the precautions necessary in this time of quarantine. We worked with Bruce who helped us from the beginning throughout the whole process and he treated us with the utmost respect. Two weeks ago, we lost my 91 year old father-in-law. My wife had prearranged a very affordable cremation package for him a few years ago with John Bobbitt as dementia began to kick in while he was in assisted living. From the phone call about his passing, a Bobbitt team member was on site after his three kids had time to say goodbye. They graciously supported our entire family as well as honored dad in preparing his transport. Once we made our way over to the Chapel offices, Bruce Ewing not only helped us walk through the required planning and paperwork, but he went out of his way to schedule military honors out of state at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minnesota. Losing a loved one is difficult enough but losing a loved one in the time of the Covid virus takes on a whole new meaning of difficult. Our mother passed away in May and we were not allowed in the ER or at the hospital bedside even tho she did not have Covid and we were informed by the cemetery that there would be no grave site services. The one shining spot in her whole death process were the people at Bobbitt Memorial. From picking up her body with such dignity and care to covering all the details of the burial. Bruce was very professional, compassionate and sincere. He called to check on us several times, answered all our questions, never pushed anything, honored all our mom's wishes and tried his best to have the family at gravesite. We have used Bobbitt's services many times over the years and had good service. This time there was something fishy going on with the delivery of flowers. We no longer live in San Bernardino but came back for the funeral. Many family members came from out of state and ordered flowers to be sent through the service advertised on Bobbit's website. Only 2 arrangements ended up being delivered, and they were ones we ordered in person with a local florist. We became aware of 3 others that were ordered and paid for but never delivered. These were ordered through a link on the Bobbitt website. One was from my brother's workplace. They would have never known if the flowers hadn't arrived. Fortunately, we knew about these orders and questioned Bobbit. They were happy to arrange for a refund. If we didn't ask, no refund was offered. We recommend that you beware when ordering flowers. There are many scams out there especially during this season when so much business is done online. read more

We were helped through the entire process by Bruce Ewing, and he was amazingly caring and knowledgeable. He even offered ways that we could save money, so they definitely do not try to "gouge" you for as much money as they can get, unlike a competitor down the street from them.
