What can I say? All of the reviews are legit. Called Sal to see if he could clean my travertine tiles. I had paid another company 5 years ago to hone the tiles, clean and seal. It was pricey and at the time I thought, well I'm sure that's the going rate especially when a crew of 10 people show up and work on it for 2 days. Sal said yes, he cleans travertine tile and explained on the phone what he was going to do. I originally only wanted to do my kitchen as it was the dirtiest from the whole house. He quoted me and I almost fell on the floor as I thought it was a really good deal. He books fast so he came out a few days later. He's a one man show with a helper. Really honest and cool guy. He spent a good deal of time to make sure the tiles were really clean. Once I saw the results, I decided to do the entire first floor of my house since it was all travertine. I'm the end, he gave me an awesome deal. He said he could seal the floors for an extra fee, but I told him I would seal it my self. Instead, he told me what to buy and even gave me some supplies to do it myself. He explained the best way to do it too! Who does this!?! Again, very honest guy. Not sure if they contacted out to a random person but our technician was terrible. He arrived in an unmarked van with no company credentials then walked around our home with his shoes on rubbing them into carpet areas with spots after I asked him to remove his shoes. He dragged in an old carpet machine banging into our glass door then went into our kitchen moving dishes around to fill an old bucket with water. The carpet looks exactly the same as pre-treatment. They advertise $69 for one room but he tried to charge an additional $69 for shampoo. Don't waste your time or money. Use a reputable company like Stanley steamer. I've used them before but thought I was getting a deal with this pricing. I was wrong. read more

Sal did steam carpet cleaning of the entire house . A day later we noticed the entrance had water stains. We called him to come back and remove it. He had to redue it THREE MORE SEPARATE TIMES! Every time the water stains got bigger. We were already upset and he kept saying:" I am WASTING TOO much time coming here 4 times"- very unprofessional ! COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, INDEED, I called to cancel a prior appointment due to ANKLE surgery, when I called to reschedule, I asked Sal, if he`d like I can gladly give a $50 deposit, he declined and yet still scheduled me for TODAY 3/20/2017 @ 11:00AM. 11:15AM passed and I called to confirm the appointment, he said because I had already previously cancelled he accepted another job. 1) COMMON COURTESY, he could called me to let me know he was cancelling the job, 2) I OFFERED TO PAY A DEPOSIT before the services were rendered. This is completely BAD business. He said he would call me back and hunf up on me, and said he would make it later today, by that time I contacted another carpet cleaner and showed up within 30 minutes. Needed a carpet cleaning service. Appointment was set up for Thursday afternoon between 12noon and 1pm. Next day, nobody showed up. Called the company at 2:10pm and found out that their machine broke. As a result of that, my appointment was cancelled. Things can happen but at least they could have let me know that such things happened and cannot keep appointment prior to my appointment time. Unprofessional. read more

We had them come out to remove some pet stains on a rug. Upon arrival they said it would be better to try and remove the stains at their shop. When they brought the rug back the stains where still there and the machine they ran it though shrunk and made the rug misshaped. I could go on with the back and forth we had with them but why bother. Moral of the story is they destroyed our rug and are not willing to take ownership for it. Bad business read more

I got lucky finding someone who was able to get to my apartment last minute/day of and he was great. Sal was super sweet, professional and left my place looking much better than it was before! I loved the fact that he would put plastic square cut outs under the feet of my furniture so that it wouldn't stain the floors when wet. Other heavier pieces of furniture he would put pieces of hard foam to keep it from touching the ground when wet as well. It's little things like that, that matter and makes a world of difference. I was shopping for new carpet. My white berber carpet was very, very stained from my dog and friends over the years. It really needed to be replaced. I met Sal when I was walking my dog to the park. He had just finished three houses on my block. It would appear he gets referred a lot. So I was expecting to buy new or spend a lot of money to clean my ruined carpet. It's a small house with less than a 1000 sq. ft. of carpet, but even so when Sal agreed to do it for $80 I knew I wasn't going to get the best job. I don't believe in free lunches.
