This young man answered my call on a weekend when he was off the clock relaxing and was able to schedule me within a few days. However, the owner came in late, he used my Groupon wrongly and proceeded to up charge me. I thought ok, as long as my carpet would be clean, I left him there with my mom while I went to the dentist, I was back in an hour and he was already gone. I contacted him to let him know how disappointment I am and want a refund, he told me to wait until it drys because it would look better. I'm still not satisfied. He waited until after I left to tell me mom that he cannot remove the stains. They missed this mistake during every subsequent maintenance visit over the 5 years. Recently, they tried to charge me $1,700 for repairs I didn't need. A second opinion confirmed their diagnosis was wrong; that technician fixed Santa Air's original installation mistake and the actual sensor issue for a total of $575. The Billing Issues: Their current pricing "tiers" (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are incredibly over-inflated compared to other local HVAC companies. And if you only need a repair included in the Gold tier, you have to pay for all the things you don't need in the tiers below it.
