After calling a few places for quotes, I reached out to Anderson Glass Co.--and I'm so glad I did. Leslie answered the phone and was incredibly kind and understanding. She immediately sensed my urgency and, unbeknownst to me, was already contacting one of their service technicians while we spoke. Before our call even ended, she had arranged for Dwayne to come out that same day to assess the damage and provide a quote. Within an hour, Dwayne and Cale arrived. They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They explained that the repair would take about an hour--and to my surprise, their quote was less than half of what other companies had quoted me. Even better, they managed to free my 100-year-old window frame without causing any damage to the surrounding molding. To save time and cost, they took the window back to their shop for repair and returned the very next day to reinstall it. The result is flawless--my living room window looks and operates better than ever! I'm so impressed with the quality of their work and their outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be calling Anderson Glass Co. again when it's time to reglaze the rest of my old windows. When I called to confirm they still had it before going they said it had already been picked up the same week it was ordered. Well, eventually it seemed there was nothing I could do to convince them I'd never even been there, even though the day and time it was picked up I was doing something else entirely. I simply ordered and paid for another mirror from them. They made me pay full price a second time. This time I insisted I wouldn't pay until I picked up. The mirror seems good quality and they got it done quickly again. But having to pay twice left a sour taste in my mouth. I would certainly not choose Anderson Glass again.

All the drawers are full extension, ball bearing guided. The soft close doors add to the quality also. We can't wait to have our kitchen complete with new appliances. Ours hasnt even lasted a year! We had our Matthew table delivered in late December and by May the quality of the table was showing badly. We had another wood worker look at our table and he instantly stated that they hadn't let the wood dry properly before constructing with it. Several knots have cracked open on the side of the table leaving sharp edges that rip clothing of anyone who sits there, the whole table top has warped and is not straight and there are 2 large cracks running up and across the table over a foot long. I decided to contact the builder Matthew and had to reach out several times before finally recieveing a message back from his wife Megan. She stated that they can't control what the wood does and that the most they would do to rectify the situation would be to make us a new top if WE purchased all the materials again. This is ridiculous. I spent $1700 trusting that I was working with a quality wood worker. I shouldn't have to spend any other money to fix the table if you stand behind your product.
