Just wanted to give a shout out to this company. My LG fridge was not cooling and I ended up calling All Dallas Appliance. Through communication by text they provided me with info regarding a class action lawsuit against LG due to faulty compressors and recommended I contact LG who they said should repair it at no cost. I took their advice and contacted LG. They did end up sending an appliance repair person and fixed it for me for free! I wanted to commend this company for their honesty and integrity. They could have easily made an appointment with me and charged me for diagnostics like some other companies wanted to do that I had previously called. Even though I didn't end up using their services, I will certainly recommend them to family and friends and will definitely keep them in mind for any other appliances I have issues with in the future! Next-level service! Called out on Monday for both Sub-Zero fridge and LG dryer. Duane answered the phone himself and scheduled to come out the very next day. Posting this review a little late but wanted to give the shout-out anyway as I know these small businesses depend on good reviews... We had a washing machine issue and searched Yelp for an appliance repair person as we are new to the area. All Dallas Appliance came up with stellar ratings so we called to set up an appointment. Duane answered promptly and was able to fit us in the next day within the window he said he would arrive. He did arrive on time (always so refreshing!) and quickly diagnosed my machine. Unfortunately, it was dead like Fred and he gave a detailed explanation as to why. We were pretty sure the machine was a total loss (even before he arrived) as it was 14 years old and had long done its duty by our fam. It took less than 10 for him to diagnose the problem but I think he felt badly for having to charge us for the call so he offered to look at any other appliances we had. That was going above and beyond IMO as he could have just quickly moved on to the next service call. It's hard to find reliable service people but I highly recommend All Dallas Aplliance! read more

Worst experience ever. Repairman came out, spent 10 minutes and told us we needed a new motherboard, a $450.00 repair. He proceeded to tell us that his friend was selling appliances as an alternative plan. We passed on his offer and got billed $100 for the courtesy visit. Can't tell you how appreciative I am of Duane and All Dallas Appliance. Samsung french door style refrigerator (freezer underneath) started making a noise. The fan was grinding when it came on. It got louder and louder. I called Duane at All Dallas Appliance... He picked up the phone immediately (rare in the repair business). I told him my problem... AND GUESS WHAT.... right then and there he said, "You don't need me to come out. Here is the problem. Factory defect in the design lets ice build up inside until the fan starts hitting it. Just unplug the refrigerator for 2 days, the ice will melt, and your problem will be solved." "TWO DAYS?" I asked. "YES" he said, firmly. He KNOWS his stuff. I did what he said. It worked. Duane came highly recommended by Arnie at another appliance repair business. I called Duane at All Dallas Appliance and told him what was wrong with our fridge. He was so upfront and honest with me - over the phone he had me troubleshoot one part on the fridge. He was 100% correct and told me that the compressor on my fridge was faulty, but it was in fact under warranty (unbeknownst to me) and that it could be fixed for free.
