Sounds ridiculous , but could not get a fresh filter into my refrigerator water dispenser. scheduled online (super easy) and they were out the next day. the tech figured out the problem, which in this case was do NOT follow the filter instructions. My refrigerator does not require a twist to insert the filter. Granted I paid for a service call, but worth it. read more
