This is a family of crooks. Two people came out, both named Larry (how original) on April 23. My refrigerator wasn't cooling. They charged $101 to fix it, said give it 24 hours to work. 24 hours passed. It still wasn't working. Called them, they claimed someone would be coming out that day. No one came or called. Called again the next day. They said someone was coming out. No call/no show. Called them again for the third time. Another no call/ no show. Drove to their business address. No business was there. It was a residence. Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money. Contact the BBB on these losers like I did. They need to be stopped. read more

This company is absoulty the worst! after paying over $300.00 to repair my washer, I still had a broken washer! I called over 60 times asking for them to come back and fix it. They had every excuse in the book to not return. And when they made several appointments to return, they were a no show! I offered to pay again for the repair but still a no show. Please don't use this company if you value your safety and want a respectable company. After scheduling an appointment for 3-5 pm, they finally arrived at 7:45 pm in an unmarked vehicle with temporary tags. After they identified themselves as the repair service, I asked if they were licensed and insured. They response I received was "yeah, we're licensed". While walking to the door with my 6 year old, I had second thoughts about letting them in the house. I told them that it was too late and I was told a few times that I would receive a phone call and never did so I would be using another company. To this, the older guy carrying the tools said loudly, "then why the f*** did you walk us to the door? That's f'n bull s***." He continued on in this fashion for a few minutes This was all said in front of my 6 year old and in full earshot of 5 of my neighbors. Not the best business model. read more

These people are definitely crooks. Some guy named Earl came out to look at my steam table, charged me a $300 deposit "for the parts" after which he said it should arrive within 3 to 5 days. I waited and waited, then finally started calling back. I kept getting put off, told I was going to get a call back and NEVER did. I had to harass these people just to get my calls answered. What kind of business does that? So finally I started to research and saw SEVERAL other reviews saying they were scam artists. When I called to request a refund after WEEKS of this crap and no repair, I was hung up on by THE OWNER. I called the cops, filed with BBB, and if I don't get my money back I will be taking them to court. I'd love to know if any of these other people got their money back. On 4-18-2017 I called for service of my Whirlpool Upright Freezer. Larry returned my call within 20 minutes. He said they could have a service man out within an hour and a half. I was amazed to say the least. Sure enough a two man team showed albeit very young one was learning from his brother. They quickly diagnosed that the problem with the freezer not freezing the contents on the upper shelves was a defective defroster fan. They told me they also recommend replacing the Thermostat at the same time so I agreed to having that part added to the the repair quote. I paid the final bill totaling $302.15 ($150 up front for parts down payment by check) and the next day the balance by check when they installed the parts. They said give the unit 6 to 8 hrs to freeze the contents. But by the following Monday the repair was still not working. That is when the calls for acting on their warranty started to fall on deaf ears. First to Kyle the repairman then to Larry (the owner). Finally Larry returned my call after a half day of 3 repeat calls. He said he would have repairmen out on 4-26 between 12 and 2pm but that never happened. So I called again and he said they had an equipment wreck, would it be ok if he came out to make the repair? Sure, that would be fine! That was at 3:45pm. I called again at 6:30pm when he still didn't show up. At 8:00pm there had been no return call. This has been a waste of my time waiting around when I had tasks outside the home to expedite vs. waiting for someone to come. I feel personally and financially taken for a ride. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - I could have applied $300 towards a new $700 upright freezer. After some additional investigation I discovered that this company is not registered with the Ohio Secretary of State. No wonder I was asked to make out the check to the repairman Kyle - taxes!! read more

BEWARE!!! This "company" is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!! Charged me a whole bunch of money to "fix" my refrigerator and it still DOES NOT even work, it stopped working a few weeks after the repairman "fixed" it. It is still doing the same thing it was doing before. I have a one year warranty but they won't honor it. Called them so many times can't even tell you how many times it was that many, and every time they said they would get someone out to fix it. I also emailed them and heard nothing so now I am reporting them to the BBB, and I will be contacting ALL the local news stations to get the word out, That way people will know about these liars and crooks and no one will be scammed out of their hard earned money and still be left with broken appliances. If this "company" is reading this I will gladly change my review to a positive one, IF you come and FIX my fridge. Other then you not coming back to fix my refrigerator the right way when I first called about the issue and playing games and to where it is actually fully functioning, it could have been a good experience as well as an honest great review from a REAL CUSTOMER. Took me for $200 stating he had repaired a dishwasher and a freezer. Obviously he had mis diagnosed both and did not fix either. Have tried for a month to get him to come back out and get either appliance to work. Excuse after excuse followed by a few lies of planning to come back out later in the day. This is the biggest fraud of a company I have ever seen. They confuse you by being called "all day appliance" when there is a well respected company in the area called Days appliance. A man and his son came out to fix a problem with my appliance, after assessing the problem he said his son would be out to fix it that week and took a high dollar deposit. We never heard from him or his son, couldn't contact their business and when I finally was able to get him on the phone he acted like a child and a bully. I reported this business to the BBB. Stay away from these people, total fraud. read more
