We decided to use a different company since last time they didn't put our machine back together properly. The company that came out replaced the screws and fixed the shaking very quickly.

I explained I had already pulled out the dishwasher so they offered the suggestion that I try a competitor. No luck at the competitor so I returned to Niceley's to have them order the springs. They contacted me the next morning saying the springs had arrived. It was a good experience from the time I entered the shop, I was immediately greeted and assisted. The team was friendly, engaged and professional. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to return there for parts or service.

I reached out to Mr Appliance of Batavia on Weds, May 13th, to repair my 3 year old LG dryer which…read morewas not heating. They called almost immediately and said they could get someone out the next day. Two service people very friendly and courteous people showed up at the designated time. I was told that I had a bad roller and a problem with the ignition switch as was quoted 575.00 for the repair. The service was to be completed Mon with a window of 330pm to 530 pm arrival time. At 306pm on Monday received a call that the part did not come in, 20 minutes before scheduled arrival! Service was then scheduled Tuesday. Tech showed, on time, a different person Chuck, friendly and courteous puts on the new roller and ignition switch and the dryer does not work. He says he will contact the office and they will call. He then tells me that he thinks it's a sensor issue. He left giving me no estimate. I called the office after an hour of waiting to be told they needed to speak to the manager. Another hour goes by and they called to tell me the part cost "worst case scenario" would be 1200.00 . They would refund the ignitor switch because that wasn't the problem. I declined...a brand new dryer of this type is 1300...I asked to talk to the manager who is on vaca until next week! I had given them a check for 250 for the 125 service call plus tax and half of the repair... i would not recommend this company.

We were assigned them as a contractor to fix our dryer by our home warranty service and it has been…read morenothing but inconvenient and unprofessional. Each time we tried to schedule an appointment with them, they had us pick a day and expected us to wait around for them to arrive the entire day. So it took us 2 weeks to settle on a day and only after we told them we had to work and could not be expected to wait, they gave us a window of arrival time: between 8 am - 1 pm and he did not show up until after 2 pm. We found him unprofessional immediately as he entered our home during COVID in a state where it is mandated to wear a mask without one. And instead of repairing the dryer he took it completely apart and said it needed replaced. Fast forward to a week later and he never reached out to our warranty company to file the replacement. This is despite us calling them multiple times and being told it was "in processing." Basically, if you want your dryer repaired please go with someone else.
