Sadly, I need to leave a negative review. I dislike doing this for many reasons. My main reason for not leaving negative reviews, is that no one can please everyone, 100 percent of the time. I know this, I've worked in retail too many years, it's a fact. Today was an exception. My friend's car was slightly off the road. She just needed a small righting. The tow truck driver dispatched to her situation was funny, and kind. BUT, I do not believe he had a firm grasp on her predicament. He tried to use a winch to pull her car from a precarious position behind, and instead, pulled it further into a ditch. In reality, he should have pulled her car from the front, since it's a front wheel drive, to get it back on the road. The gentleman tried to placate my friend with humour, but packed up his stuff and left, instead. SO WRONG!! We then had to wait another two hours until ANOTHER tow company came. The guy from Castores Towing was super professional, looked under my friends car to see how it was in the ditch, and determined a plan of action that was so quick!! He used the winch (which we thought was no good) and pulled her car free of the ditch, very slowly. I highly recommend Castores, over ALL DAY!!!! LEE at All Day Towing is awesome, timely, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I was at a customer location giving a stilt walking lesson (my business is PegStilts.com) and my car broke down. I called my Allstate Motor Club # and they hooked me up with All Day Towing to get me back into Portland from Beaverton and to the mechanics shop of my choice. Lee showed up on time, did a quick check to ensure IF my car actually needed towing or if it was something that could be resolved on site, and once determined it did need a tow, he carefully loaded my car, got us through crappy traffic (without driving crazy or even complaining at all). Lee carried on a healthy, respectful, and interesting conversation on the way, and his customer service and care certainly brightened my day despite the broke down car. WORST COMPANY ever. My car wouldn't start or release into neutral. My dealership sent me a how to video to get it into neutral. When mike showed up he had to release it because I could not. Leaning half into the driver seat he got it into neutral, but he didn't have any brake on. My car was on a slight incline. My car then rolled and crashed into his truck. The company is refusing to call me back to deal with this. Worst experience ever. read more

I am in the process of taking All Day Towing to court. My car was damage in tow. The damage to the top of my hood (width and scrape lines) match the steal plate on the rear of their truck. Both the owner and driver take no responsibility for the damage. They refused to pay my insurance company and my insurance company will no longer use All Day Towing. The police report supports my claim. Giving them a star at all is generous. BEWARE!!! read more

If I could give these guys zero stars I would. They were called by my insurance company to come and unlock my vehicle and tow it to the dealership so that I could get a re-key as my only key was lost in the river. They were very speedy (20 minutes - for the first guy, 15 minutes for the second) the first tow guy came with a flat bed and no dolly - I made it very clear to my insurance company that I did not have my keys - whether this was relayed or not I am not certain. The guy got out and was like oh do you not have your keys? My long bed won't work and your towing doesn't cover us to get into your car. My insurance company made it clear to me that both towing and getting into the car were covered. Anyways the first guy calls a second guy to come out with the appropriate equipment and then forewarns us that Richard who would be coming could not be trusted - "he was fired for doing meth and the company only let him come in tonight because the night shift guy called in" he proceeded "don't trust him with your car and if you see any damage make sure and call the company and tell them Richard did it". At this point I called my insurance company and demanded another towing company be sent, I was in no frame of mind to have to deal with any such drama. Richard showed up, as promised, I told him that the insurance company was sending another company, he yelled that he was the right guy and was there to help. I re-assured him that help was on the way and he hung out for another 10 minutes just sitting in his truck before leaving. Needless to say I will not be using these guys ever. read more

Lee towed my car today and was very nice and helpful. He even recommended an honest repair shop. He was also able to tow my car without a key, which was really helpful. I highly recommend this towing shop as they responded fast and were very flexible. Thank you! read more

Don't call this tow company. Website states they're open 24 hours but, must not mean 24 hours in consecutive row. Called at midnight and got a answering machine to leave a message or call another number if it was an emergency. Called that number and NO one answered! read more

All Day Towing was called to assist in towing my car with a flat tire to the dealership by Audi Roadside. Upon arrival, my driver Frank, said he checked with the roadside assistance company and that they would only cover part of the tow and that I owed $20, which I paid. Upon calling Audi, I was enlightened to the fact that my tow was 100% covered and that All Day Towing had lied and ripped me off ... Something they have most likely gotten away with in the past. My car was inspected when it arrived at the dealership and scratches were found in the paint above the front left wheel. A week later, I am still trying to get my money back and get my car repaired. The people in the office, as well as the owner of the company, refuse to remedy the situation and are rude and unprofessional. Spread the word and make sure you don't turn to them when in need of a tow! read more

All Day Towing is an amazing company! I had to use them last night and today, I had the pleasure of working with Zoey and Josiah. Both of them were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I have been sick and the fact that they made sure I was understanding what they were explaining to me about my car was them going above and beyond what their job title is. Last night I had to have my car towed to my home due to the late hour. When I called them again today my car was not acting up or having the mechanical issue that a previous company told me before I called for a tow. Josiah didn't even have to tow my car today but he still stayed with me and educated me about what was going on which was very impressive. Great customer service from both people. If I have to get towed again I will surely use them! I can't thank them enough for making me feel safe while my car was acting up. (My issue ended up being a bad battery with corrosion on the connectors, am going to led Schwab tomorrow to get it fixed). Thank you guys so much! read more

These guys are not only poor business people they are also liars. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last towers on earth. They charged $444 to jack up the car with a normal car jack to remove something from under the car and charged for winching. When we asked for a 15% rebate for Seniors we were told we needed to ask for that in advance. When asked for the 15% deduction which their business card states we were told they didn't tow the car even though the bill includes $59 for "towing". And, they have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. Not sure how they kept from getting an F. read more

This towing company was about 2 mins away from us but they were out of their area so they canceled. They never called the insurance company and we been waiting here for 4 hours. If you use this company, your better off having pushing shoes with you because they ain't coming. The guy in the phone sounded like he was lost and trying to find his way back home. July 22, 2019 (Hillsboro, OR) My car would not start and it was parked in a public parking lot for a few days, I was at home. I requested roadside assistance through Geico Auto Insurance and they assigned my request to All Day Towing. I got a message from Geico at 5:12 pm stating that All Day Towing would arrive around 6:12 pm. At about 5:39 pm I get a call from the driver stating he is on his way. When I mentioned that I will start heading over, the driver tells me to not go until he calls me. I ignore this and go to my car anyway getting there at 6 pm (12 minutes before estimated arrival). At 6:30 pm I get text from Geico stating it should have arrived by now and to call them if there are any issues. I call to let them know All Day has not yet arrived and the representative puts me on hold to call All Day Towing. She comes back on the line and mentions that Lee from All Day Towing told her their driver had already arrived and waited but nobody was there, so he left. I explained this was a lie and that I had been waiting near the car for the last 30 minutes and nobody came. I called All Day Towing and asked why they told Geico that they came when they had not. The person I spoke to apologized and said one of their other representatives must have told them that and that the tow truck was still on the way but they were held up. I then confirmed that I was speaking to Lee and when he realized the Geico rep had given me his name, he became very aggressive and said, "If you're going to be like that, then go and find someone else to tow you." He hung up and canceled my request with Geico Roadside Assistance. I called back several times but was sent to voicemail repeatedly. This resulted in me having to request a new tow and wait near my vehicle for another hour (86 degree weather). I have concluded that All Day Towing must be penalized by Geico for arriving late and that is why they lied about arriving when, in fact, they hadn't. read more

Apparently the drivers try to create business for themselves... My wife and I were driving into work and almost got ran off the road. We were driving two lanes over from the truck that was about to merge and start on the road. With us less than 100 feet away going 55mph, he cuts across two lanes into our lane so we have to slam on the brakes to avoid crashing into the car he's towing. With a open lane to his right now, we frustratingly change lanes and proceed to go around him. At this point he decided to speed up bc our lane was ending soon. As we merged in front of him, he cut into the other lane a bit and raced up beside us forcing us off the road. We ended up merging behind this raging driver (with a customer in the car with him) who is yelling, flipping us off and going well under the speed limit to try and annoy us (I assume)... All in all, I'd never use this business because of this garbage driver. Apparently they well deserve their low Yelp ratings... read more

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!! They were called in to pick up my wife's car after the alternator failed. Long story short they dropped her car off of the flatbed and it rolled into a delivery truck. The driver said it wasn't his fault and quickly tried to pack up and leave the scene without leaving any insurance information or identification. He was confronted by a local store owner and reluctantly left a business card, and then left the scene. After the police were called and urged the owner of All Day to return to the scene with some sort of paperwork or ID, he reluctantly showed up with the towing invoice which now had a hand written note scribbled on it which he said waived him from any liability. I was able to go around him, find his insurance company, policy number and file a claim, which was paid, but I've never been so completely blown away with anything ever!!! read more

This week our 2002 Ford Expedition 4WD broke down in Tigard and needed to be towed to J&S Automotive in Beaverton. The tow truck driver showed up in about 30 minutes (earlier than expected) and handled the situation flawlessly. The truck was nosed into a spot on a decline and we could not push it out to make it conveniently accessible. The driver handled everything and took great care of the truck. We needed to get a rental car immediately so the driver took it to the shop, communicated with the repair shop on our behalf, and handled everything. No fuss and no complaints. Exceptional service in a crisis situation. Unfortunately, we cannot remember the name of the outstanding driver but he was bald and A+ (sorry dude - we forgot your name). Totally recommend this company! They understand that we do not lay awake at night dreaming up crisis to be rescued from - but they handle them and pull us out of the equation. Bravo!!!!!! read more
