I had a great experience with All Drain Services. The toilet in one of my bathrooms suddenly clogged and backed up into the bathtub. I called a few other companies that either didn't return the call or quoted an astronomical fee over the phone. We then went on Yelp and called All Drain Services. I have had this recurring problem with the drain in our driveway. We had Boston Drains come out a few years back and they said that the drain was fake and that it didn't drain anywhere. I found this hard to believe but, my partner is the one that had the interaction with them. In a previous home I owned I had All Drain come out and they were exceptional. So on Monday April 29,2019 I decided to give them a call for a second opinion. The women who answered the phone was professional, courteous and told me that someone would be able to come out today. I requested a 30 minute call ahead as I was working. Around 3:00 I received a call and she informed me that Marcelo would arrive at my home around 3:40. Traffic was very heavy. Marcelo arrived promptly and he started working to rectify the issue. He started to snake the drain and wasn't sure if it went anywhere. He didn't give up. Then we heard the snake going to the outer wall. It was at this point that we knew it did drain somewhere. He worked relentlessly to get the drain unclogged. And within 10-15 minutes the drain was flowing smoothly!!! I can't say enough about the professionalism of Marcelo. He also made some suggestions on how to keep the drain free from clogging. With my 83 year old Mom who lives by herself with 3 clogged drains... no toilet, no kitchen sink and no shower to use, and with it being a Saturday afternoon, we were looking at a late night taking care of our Mom... Last week we had a problem with our plumbing backing up in our apartment, figured it was most likely the septic system, $350.00 to pump and dig, not the problem. Then a friend of mine who is a plumber came to see what we could do, he suggested starting from the catch drain outside, then snaking, or taking down a wall near the shower, our house is on a slab, so we have very little access, next we have our handyman dig outside the slab and try going through the catch drain, no luck, next a friend I meet last year owns a cesspool business in Acton, called and they suggested calling All Drains, in Dracut, they have a camera to put through the lines to see where the problem lies. So yesterday about noon the drain man appeared with no camera....no way, he assured us he knew what to do, Aron was his name, now he was able to find the clogg with out taking walls down, sucsess. This young man knew what to do.i was worried what it would be, tree roots cracks in line, noway did we know, all it was was a heavy build up of hair and soap scumb...happy homeowner! read more

I had a clogged kitchen sink over the weekend. I called another company. A technician came in looked at the sink and quoted me an outrages $385 for snaking it out. I refused. I called all drain services. A technician called me back and quoted a flat rate of $230 for the job. He said this was their weekend rate and it would be cheaper at $195 if i can wait until monday. I could not so he came in half an hour later. Took him 15 minutes to snake out the drain. He was nice and cleaned up after himself. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE- Extremely Poor Customer Service. Only care about the $$$. When the blockage could not be located in our main line by the technician, the technician offered us a discount for the service as the blockage was not cleared and recommended that we have a video inspection ($300-$400). The City came out to help, but All Drain Services told them they could not complete a complimentary video inspection of the lines because our main line was holding water. Less than 1 hour after the technician left, I decided to look at the main drain myself and realized it was NOT holding water and actually was draining fine now. I am not clear how long the technicians was lying to me about the status of our pipe. I called back to cancel the video inspection and the company has "BLACKLISTED" us as customers because we obtained a discount for a service and did not follow-up on the planned next steps. read more

Chino from All Drain showed up, on time, was very professional, introducing himself when I opened the door. I showed him the the bathroom with a very slow running drain and he said "ok - let me go get some things and I'll take care of that". And, because you are a returning customer, I am going to reduce the fee by $15. He went out to his van, returned with what he needed and within 15 minutes had resolved the problem. He explained what he had done and my sink has never drained better. He was in and out with no mess within 20 minutes or so. Gave me his business card and asked that I please call if I have any issues with the sink (which he doesn't expect but it was nice to hear). All Drains has been here for my family before and I will never call anyone else. Also, friendly service when I called to schedule the appointment and were able to accommodate my schedule.
