So, guys, keep in mind how they treat us ordinary people. Because of people like this, our country's economy is crumbling. I told them that the car is located just a minute away from them at the hotel. I asked them for a battery jump so I wouldn't have to pay $200 for transporting the car, especially since today is a holiday and not a single tow truck is working. I wanted to bring the car myself, but they said no even to that when I offered them a $300 deposit so I wouldn't steal it or the documents. In short, don't contact them at all.

They texted an hour or so after we dropped it off to let us know the problem and cost to fix. It was ready the next day and the car is running great again. The repair cost was super reasonable; much less than I expected. The lady at the front desk was very nice as well. Very refreshing to find a garage that is honest, does awesome work, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I'll be going back to this place the next time I need a mechanic!
