Our vow renewal was a beautiful day, and I truly appreciate the effort from the AES crew to bring much of my vision to life. I hired All Events Solution for coordination only, as I had about 98% of the event already planned. They were kind, respectful, and worked quickly under pressure. While the AES crew of four worked hard throughout the day, a few challenges arose -- unexpected traffic delays for two team members GREATLY reduced setup time, and some décor details, like the entry arch and walkway, weren't done as planned. This truly disappointed me. A bit of miscommunication also left the caterer without the prep help from the AES crew as agreed upon, which caused some understandable strain during meal setup. Despite hiccups, the AES crew went above and beyond in many ways -- they managed wine bottle service at each table, passed appetizers during cocktail hour, and stayed attentive to any guest needs or concerns throughout the day. They also flipped the dinner tables into casino tables as planned, making the shift from the vow renewal to casino night feel seamless. Maryam, the Wedding Coordinator, is very kind, generous (especially with decor), and fun to talk to. She was truly apologetic for what didn't go well in her absence, as she had to travel unexpectedly for a family matter. And a big kudos to her mom, who created our floral bouquets, which were absolutely beautiful, and the pricing overall was excellent. read more

I want to start by saying Maryam is a *very* nice woman, and tries her very best. We hired her to do our flowers for our wedding and there were issues from the start. When we went over what we wanted and our budget, she never wrote any of it down, we never filled out a form or anything, which lead to her having to call me like 5-6 more times, each time she would say "you wanted the cylinders and white flowers right?" Which was always wrong. She didn't know the type of flowers we wanted or colors or anything we went over! It was pretty frustrating and caused anxiety because we were very clear on what we wanted. On top of that, she couldn't give us a price and like a month before our wedding she was like "ya this is going to cost $900" which was $300 over our hard budget. Every florist can give you a price. During our final meeting I finally asked her if she wanted to write down all of these details of our centerpieces and she laughed at me and said "you're so funny". Then the day of she calls me and not only has my fiancés flower color wrong but she texts me saying she was crying all the way to the event. I'm already stressed from getting ready and such and hear that our coordinator had to pick up flowers from Trader Joe's for the florist because she was worried. My fiancés mothers flower was also already brown and looked awful. Also my bridal bouquet wa supposed to have Lillies in it, and instead I got carnations. It's sad because I think she's such a nice person but this is a type A job and she needs to be WAY more organized (I'm an admitted Type B person). read more
