    I can't recommend the Estate enough. This venue is amazing! The coordinating and planning is top tier. The staff made our wedding planning and process super easy and they handled mainly everything. Exy is the bestest!! she's very attentive and on top of everything. From the beginning to end. We cant thank The Estate, Mimi and Exy enough for helping us have our most perfect wedding.

    This place is perfect to have an intimate wedding. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and questions on how we found it. There were a lot of areas perfect for pictures! Yanel and Sarah were excellent coordinators provided by the venue. They made the experience a lot less stressful and made sure the day went perfectly while also making us laugh and feel more comfortable. They are the best coordinators! Mimi was great as well, helping us when it was getting close to the day! We will book this place again for our 2nd wedding

    We were planning for Hawaiian themed wedding and the estate had all of what we wanted. So initially we thought it it we were looking at the White House (their other location) however we were pleasantly surprised to find this location instead. It's tucked away in a residential area and had a beautiful long drive way up that's overhung with trees (similar to many parts in Hawaii). So venue looks worked great! Then we had the pleasure of working with Mimi, who was able to help coordinate a lot of the things that needed to be done and was able to get us in contact with certain vendors and was able to get us the correct package and was like our second day of wedding planner! She is phenomenal to work with and is very experienced and always super calm which very much helps in the hectic busy time. Would definitely recommend this location as well as Mimi!!! Thank you again for making our special day a forever great lasting memory!!!

    My husband Jeff and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at The Estate OC this October, and it was truly a dream come true. Finding a beautiful venue in Southern California that doesn't require a high guest minimum is so difficult, but The Estate OC was everything we hoped for and more. If you're looking for an intimate and romantic setting, this venue is perfect yet it can also comfortably accommodate larger parties. One of the best parts of The Estate OC is their all-inclusive packages, which make wedding planning so much easier. Ours included the DJ, catering, linens, bartenders, and a day-of coordinator. They offer different package tiers depending on your budget, plus a variety of affordable in-house add-ons (often much cheaper than hiring outside vendors). The food was delicious, they offer a wide variety of menu options, with your choice between plated service or buffet style. Everything we selected was beautifully prepared and received rave reviews from our guests. They also provide a beautiful chuppah (extra add on) option if you'd like your altar to have more visual impact. It added such a lovely touch to our ceremony and looked stunning in our photos. The photobooth was a hit with our guests! It came with fun props, and I loved that I could design my own custom photo template. The audio guestbook (a phone booth where guests leave voicemails) was another favorite. Listening to everyone's messages afterward had us laughing and crying all over again. I even left a surprise voicemail for Jeff at the end of the night, which Mimi sent to us later. He had no idea until then... and yes, he cried. :) The only outside vendors we needed to book were our photographer, florist, and dance floor which makes total sense since those are so personal to your style and vision. Another huge plus: The Estate OC is BYOB. In my opinion, that's a much better option than having a preset or cash bar. For a smaller wedding where you know your guests' preferences, it's a great way to save money. We spent about one-third of what most people typically pay for alcohol. Finally, I have to give special thanks to Mimi (Assistant Manager), Yanel (Consultant), and Sharon (Day-of Coordinator). They made everything run seamlessly from start to finish. Communication was quick, and they were so attentive throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, they checked in constantly and handled everything with care and precision. Whatever we needed, they were on it and thanks to them, our day was absolutely perfect.

    I'm still in awe of our wedding day on May 3, 2025. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with the open space and the incredible vibe this venue gave us. The wedding packages were a huge help, they included catering (our guests raved about the food!), tables, chairs, linens, valet parking, a DJ/MC, two bartenders, and a day-of coordinator. With so much included, all we really had to focus on was the decor and photography. We also added our own personal touches: a steel drum band and coconut vendor for the ceremony, and a churro cart for late-night snacks. The venue was extremely accommodating and helped coordinate with our vendors seamlessly. Mimi was especially helpful, she was responsive and quick to answer all our questions throughout the planning process. On the big day, Mimi and Yanel were there to ensure everything ran smoothly. Yanel the day off coordinator, was absolutely amazing. I truly don't think I could have stayed calm without her. She made sure everything ran smoothly, helped all the vendors get set up, and during the rehearsal, she managed to wrangle our chaotic wedding party of 16 to ensure a flawless entrance. One of my favorite moments, captured in our wedding video, was when she quietly adjusted my train before I walked down the aisle, it was such a thoughtful gesture. When it briefly started to rain, I began to panic, but she reassured me everything would be fine, and she was right. It all turned out beautifully. If you're still looking for a venue, The Estate is definitely the way to go!

    If you're searching for the perfect outdoor wedding venue, The Estate is truly unmatched. Having always dreamed of saying "I do" surrounded by lush greenery, I'm so grateful we found this incredible location. It exceeded all our expectations. Our family and friends were absolutely amazed by the beauty of the grounds and how seamlessly everything came together. I recently received our wedding photos, and I'm still in awe of how stunning they are--not only because of the photo quality, but also thanks to the breathtaking backdrop The Estate provides. And I must say, the driveway alone is worth mentioning--absolutely picture-perfect! While the venue speaks for itself, I can't express enough gratitude to Mimi for her exceptional support throughout our wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, when we were still uncertain about booking, Mimi was patient, informative, and incredibly reassuring. I often felt like I was asking too many questions, but she always made me feel comfortable and reminded us that her goal was to ensure we had the best experience possible--which we absolutely did. Our wedding at The Estate was nothing short of a dream -- and that's entirely thanks to the stunning venue and the incredible team behind it, especially Mimi, the BEST coordinator to ever exist. From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was special. The lush grounds, the timeless charm, the effortless elegance -- it's the kind of place that feels like a fairytale come to life. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and unique it was. This venue has an energy that photos just can't capture -- you have to experience it. But what truly set our day apart was Mimi. I cannot sing her praises enough. She is a real-life wedding angel. Organized, calm, kind, and on top of literally everything. She anticipated needs before we even voiced them, handled every detail with so much care, and made the entire process feel easy and joyful. Even behind the scenes, she made magic happen. Every timeline tweak, every logistical question, every last-minute request -- Mimi was there with a smile, a solution, and a level of support that made us feel so taken care of.     Driveway to inside parking & Venue

    My daughter just had her wedding this past Sunday, and Exy was extremely helpful in guiding this poor father through the experience. Exy was so good in literally walking us through what needed to be done before and during the big day. (Please ignore the low review rating & comment recently from Mike T., our guest for the event who really did not know what he was talking about - there were no foods ordered that would even required a spoon.) The foods were wonderful (I finished off the plate), the DJ was fabulous (first time I danced that much), and everything was so much more than expected by me, and I received more than what I had paid for.     Such an amazing and beautiful venue! This place was perfect for our wedding. We had the pleasure of having Yanel as our wedding planner and she was 10/10. Yanel perfectly set up our welcome table, she helped out our florist when we forget to mention to her that we changed two round tables to long tables, and she made sure the groom and I were always well taken care of! Sara was also a big help too, she was a great secondhand to Yanel! If you're wanting a beautiful outdoor venue wedding then absolutely book your wedding here. The bridal and groom suites are new and beautifully decorated for great photos with your photographer. Another huge bonus about the venue was having our ceremony and reception all at the same place with stunning views. Oh and Our guests really enjoyed the food, especially the short rib! Another great thing we loved was the fact we got to bring our own alcohol and create some signature drinks! The bartender did such a great job of executing all of our drinks and was so fast and helpful. I honestly can't express how great the team is here and I'm so thankful for Yanel, Sara, Mimi, and Jovan. They were always communicating with us and so helpful with all of our questions and changes. My husband and I couldn't have picked a better venue. It exceeded all of our expectations!

    We got married here at the beginning of March 2025 and we could not have picked a better venue. Yanel really made the experience amazing for us from start to finish and we definitely underutilized her experience and expertise during the planning phase. I was struggling to find someone for hair, and she can through with a great recommendation in a couple hours. As for the day of our wedding, Yanel and the entire staff were amazing. We didn't have to worry about a thing for set up, the coordination beforehand made it so the entire day ran seamlessly, and we were absolutely taken care of as the guests of honor in every way. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

    HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!!!!! My husband and I got married here in June 2025 and it was such a dream come true. We had the privilege of working with Mimi, who is genuinely one of the most incredible human beings. Before we were even signed clients, she cared about listening to our needs, budget limitations, and our love. We signed on the spot (they book FAST so if you want a Saturday, get in contact sooner rather than later) and for the following months, Mimi happily answered any and all questions we would spam her with. She was detail-oriented, HONEST, and so sweet, as was everyone else on the Estate team. You get to sample everything on the menu at your food tasting, they allow sparkler exit (and have all of the set up for it), and all of the set up and tear down is so seamless. There is seven hours of guest time (3 pm - 10 pm, but last song needs to be at 9:30), on-site bridal and groom suites, you BYOB so it can save you a tonnnn of money, and their food is actually really good (and customizable!). Mimi also hooked us up with our florist so they have connections which can be helpful in your planning process. Photos do not do this venue justice and we cannot stress enough how flexible and wonderful the Estate team is. Ask for Mimi and tell her you love her. Our guests cannot stop RAVING about how beautiful and perfect the day was!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS

    My husband and I got married at the Estate 9.28.24 and I cannot begin to express how incredible of an experience it all was from beginning to end. The journey began last November when I started researching venues. The Estate popped up on my instagram and at a quick glance it looked like everything I was looking for. I really wanted a sort of "backyard" wedding but with a lot of personality and charm. I requested to be sent more info and shortly after I got a call from Jovan who gave me a brief over view of what they offer. Now right off the bat it just seemed too good to be true. Ceremony and reception in one spot, ample parking, bride and groom getting ready suites, we could supply alcohol for the bar, DJ provided, catering included, super reasonably priced. We then booked a tour and I told myself to keep my mind open as this was going to be our very first tour of any potential venues. Well it took all about 20 minutes before I knew there was no way I'd be leaving without locking in a date. So then we locked in the date! Any question I had would be immediately responded to, Mimi and Jovan were totally on it. Then the big day finally came and everything was absolutely perfect. Decor is exactly where it needed to be, the flow of the ceremony was flawless, the DJ knew all the right ques, Yanel was SO attentive to my husband and I, always asking if we needed anything at all or bringing us a drink. I truly can say my day went perfectly without any issues. Like I went into it expecting a small hiccup, I mean something is always bound to happen that's life. But nothing! It was all perfect!! I cannot recommend this venue enough. Mimi, Jovan, Yanel, Rigo were all just the most amazing human beings and I'm sad it's all over. The venue is just stunning on its own and has TONS of picture opportunities. My photographer said it was his favorite he's ever worked at because of that. Don't wait, book a tour now. Their amazing team will make sure your day is perfect.

Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." Fast forward 5 years I had met Matt(my now husband) and we were moving into together. I was cleaning my room at my parents house and came across Natalie's card and put it in my purse. 3 months later, Matt proposed on a Saturday and the following Monday I called Natalie and booked her. First and foremost, Natalie is an angel on this planet. Wedding planning is so stressful and I never had to worry about a single thing, she went above and beyond to make sure I was not stressed and happy. She is more than just our wedding planner and over the 3 years we planned my wedding (thanks covid...), she became my friend and someone who I adore Second, when going down this road, I think trusting your planner/wedding team is extremely important to make sure the process is seamless and smooth. I can tell you that without a doubt, I trust Natalie and her team implicitly! I trusted them so much that I let them run free on the design for my wedding and I could not have been happier! Everything was perfect and so gorgeous- from the table design to the flowers, everything was flawless and it was so amazing to watch her vision come to life. It's been 3 months and I am still getting calls and compliments from all of our guests and even friends of guests who weren't there but saw pictures. She is insanely talented and has an unbelievable list of vendors that are just as talented. We even had a silent disco at our wedding and it was a hit! Third, her team is awesome. The women who helped me specifically- Ellie, Kennedy, and Maddy- where next level professional and so helpful. There were nights where I would be up at midnight and text Ellie and she would always answer and talk me down. Kennedy and Maddy were running around on wedding day making sure I was hydrated and fed and happy. Everything about A Good Affair is top notch and I could not be more grateful or fortunate to have had them design, plan and make our dream wedding a reality. What I can say is, they don't really go straight to the point and communicate back n forth in email when you had requested 3 times to call you to talk it out. I mean, if off the bat you're having a hard time conveying your plans, pricing with me then its not worth my time. They reply back quick, which I appreciate but them going around in circles is annoying. Also, if you're looking for budget, this is NOT the place for budget. She knew my budget, yet continued to ask questions through email. Finally, she gives me the quote of $10-$15k for a wedding next year (saying pricing will go up next year) and if its something i am still interested in. Wow, knowing where my budget is, which was less than $3k, and you know your asking is triple that, is so unprofessional. This is not accommodating to new clients or at all helpful. If you plan to have a wedding with a $10-$15k budget in mind then this might be your type of vendor but if you're asking for really minimal details for $3k, and they don't just say "sorry our services are over your budget" then they don't care or respect your needs. These days, customer service should be catered to what you can provide for the client. If you can't make it work, then just simply let the client know. Do not waste their time with back n forth email. Some of us don't understand what you're saying in email and a clearer communication shows you care enough to explain it.

Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. You can tell they love what they do and that they actually enjoy working together - it felt like they were more of friends than coworkers. Whenever unexpected hiccups came up (and they always do in wedding planning), Abby handled them with grace and a sense of humor. She's done hundreds of weddings, so she always had the experience to guide us to make informed decisions. It was so fun working with the entire team and it made the stressful process of wedding planning feel less stressful. Execution: This is where Abby and her team truly shine. Planning is one thing, but executing flawlessly is another and they did it all seamlessly. From coordinating vendors to keeping our timeline on track, they were everywhere and nowhere all at once, putting out fires behind the scenes before we even knew they existed. The day flowed perfectly. At the end of the night, we were blown away to see how they had already packed up all our belongings, made sure our ride was ready, and tied up every little loose end without us lifting a finger. That level of thoughtfulness really showed how much they care. Budget & Financial Management: The truth is weddings are expensive, and it's easy for costs to spiral if you're not careful. Abby was phenomenal at keeping everything organized and transparent. She tracked every expense, set reminders for upcoming milestone payments for vendors, and even handled tipping for all our vendors so we didn't have to stress about it on the big day. What really stood out was her honesty and foresight -- anytime a decision could push us beyond our budget, she proactively flagged it and walked us through the financial trade-offs before we committed. Thanks to her meticulous tracking and planning, there were zero surprises at the end. Everything was clearly outlined and accounted for, which gave us complete peace of mind. In short, Abby and her team are the best in the business. They bring design expertise, organization, and heart to every step of the process.     So happy we booked Heather for WTW's month-of package. We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

    We had a vision for our wedding, and wanted something we felt would be meaningful and represent us…read moreand our lives, but also were on a very tight budget. With our venues in mind (our local public park for the ceremony, a patio at our HOA's community center for the reception, and an after party at our home) and only 6 months until our selected wedding date, we went to Leilani Social to ask if they could help us make it happen. Kim was assigned as our coordinator, and took the challenge in stride. Another team member worked with us and Kim as a designer, and soon they helped us develop a cohesive vision and start thinking about the logistics, securing vendors, and making the many dozens of small but critical decisions to make our wedding day feel like us. Kim met with us many times leading up to the wedding date, coordinated all of the vendor communications by email, and always made time to address our questions and concerns--no detail was too small. She helped coach us through selecting rentals and the minute-by-minute plan for the day, and when we needed to pivot last minute to doing DIY flowers to save money, she supported us through that, too! This review would end up the length of a novel if I tried to cover everything, but just to give a couple examples: Kim helped us design custom drink menus for our reception, found alternatives for glassware and decor when we found out we couldn't have glass or open flame at our venue, and made sure we got a refund from our rental company for the few small items that were missing (which we of course, never even knew about because the Leilani Squad just handled it!). The day before the wedding, Kim met with us and our bridal party to run an efficient and helpful rehearsal, exuding competence and kindness while making sure everyone was ready for the next day. On the wedding day, four amazing Leilani Social team members were present to make it all happen. My day as bride started with a sound bath hosted by one of Leilani's wellness vendors (the wonderful Stephanie with Soul Sounds Alchemy) for myself and my bridesmaids. To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical at first (especially since it meant we'd have to start our day earlier) but it ended up being so lovely and grounding (thank you, Danielle and Stephanie!). My "lady-in-waiting," Lulu, was amazing, and she spent the whole morning with us, keeping us on track time-wise and helping with all of the little things that came up, like steaming the skirt of my dress. Kim worked tirelessly to transform our blank canvas venues into the magical settings we had envisioned together for ceremony and reception. Arriving at the spaces and seeing our vision realized was an amazing experience. But as bride and groom, our hope was to truly be in the moment and enjoy the day, and Kim, Danielle, and the rest of the Leilani Squad made that possible. They took care of everything, arranging our many DIY elements, receiving each of our many vendors, making sure our guests got from one place to another, and responding to the inevitable hiccups so that the two of us could just enjoy each other, our guests, and our beautiful celebration. As a note, Kim was the last to leave the reception site hours after we did, making sure everything was in top shape and transporting extra drinks and supplies to our nearby home for the after party. She was a champion, and went above and beyond for us. It was truly the best day of our lives, and truly wouldn't have been possible without Kim and the Leilani Squad.
