The French Estate is a beautiful and dreamy venue that was absolutely perfect for our late December wedding this past weekend. The venue staff, including Priya, Melissa, and Alyssa, were wonderful and treated us like family. The wedding day coordinator service from Alyssa was exceptional, and she paid so much attention to all the small details on the day of the wedding. The venue offered great flexibility, allowing us to curate the wedding to our liking while providing plenty of resources to help us execute a fantastic event. This historic property's ambiance and built-in decor meant we didn't have to worry much about additional decorations--it was already beautifully adorned.

The venue was perfect for my daughter's medium size wedding! They included all day ceremony, reception with Bridal Suite, chairs, tables, umbrellas, Facility Coordinator, etc. Owners were very accommodating and friendly.

Very awesome spot for a wedding. The aesthetics of the property allow a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the urban jungle. You can almost forget that you're in the middle of a high traffic area. This venue has plenty of space to hold different size gatherings. The wedding I was part of had a capacity of about 50 people. The front yard was used for the ceremony. The back area hosted the reception. Concrete floor, but, not too bad for dancing the night away. There is a grassy area where pictures were taken. There is a bride's room to get ready in, and was located inside the house. The groom's room, which I was able to venture in, was just off the garage area. Small, but, it included a restroom so that was convenient. Overall, a great option for an urban oasis style wedding.

We had our wedding here last week and had a great time! The house and garden are very beautiful and perfect for great photography. We DIY'd a lot of our wedding so I arrived early on the day of with my groomsmen and some bridesmaids to make it happen. The owner, Sarah was very helpful and supportive through the entire process and we're very appreciative that she did everything she could to make our day run as smoothly as possible. I'm sure we'll make a point to drive down Batavia whenever we're in Orange just for the fond memories.

We are so elated that we chose The French Estate as our wedding venue. First, the rustic style of the venue fit exactly what we were looking for. Such a beautiful venue located in the city Orange. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and chaotic but Sarah and her team were so amazing to work with and helped ease all of our concerns. Sarah supported us throughout every step of the way, offered us suggestions when we were indecisive or unsure about certain aspects of our wedding. Additionally, when you compare prices of wedding venues, of course, it can be extremely pricey. The price to hold your event is very reasonable and affordable when compared to other venues. I have nothing but great things to say! Our wedding was so beautiful and memorable and I'm so grateful to have held it at the beautiful French Estate!

As a wedding planner, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous venues, and I must say, my experience with the venue coordinator Alyssa was absolutely wonderful. They just changed ownership the day before my client's wedding, but the staff is all the same. Alyssa's attention to detail, and responsiveness were great and she was easy to work with. Her proactive approach truly set her apart as one of the best venue coordinators I've had the pleasure of working with. Just a few tips for those looking at this venue: - The wedding has to be done by 9pm, so it's not for late night partiers - This venue is open for DIY and has some light decor of their own that you can use - It is cheaper than many other venues (prices are on their website) - if weather looks like it might rain, make sure RENT A TENT which my client had to do. It still looked beautiful with the twinkle lights - get a day of coordinator at least.  It is not the venue coordinator's job to plan your wedding

The one word I would use to describe The French Estate is magical!! My daughter's wedding was wonderful from the ceremony to the sparkler send off! Susan and Sarah were amazing to work with and helped my daughter plan the most memorable day. The venue is beautiful and they offer so much to help make it perfect! I only wish it all hadn't gone by so fast!!

Attended a sweet wedding at this venue. I felt like there could have been more shade provided since I got sunburned during the ceremony but overall at great spot. Everything felt very intimate & welcoming. Easy to park and walk as the location is directly off the street, everything is accessible no stairs. The staff were very friendly & kind

We came here for a wedding - it's a beautiful location with a nice grassy area with wedding trellis for the ceremony and a large patio with twinkly lights for the reception. The wedding couple had booked a traditional taco cart with handmade tortillas to order - absolutely delicious! On the negative side, there was not a lot of organization in the service. For instance, no trash cans to be found in the vicinity. No staff to assist at the bar, just one poor frazzled woman who made a valiant effort in keeping up with our voracious drinking. Very light table service so we ended up getting up and grabbing our own water pitchers from a side bar. I think it's somebody's home that they rent out so every event coordinator is kind of left to figure it out. The last thing is the parking - The French Estate is located in a residential neighborhood so they ask that you don't park there. Instead park at a nearby parking lot and take a shuttle. It worked out okay and the shuttle driver was very friendly.

    Gorgeous venue!

My husband and I are so happy we found The French Estate! We fell in love with the venue because it had so much character and charm. It was absolutely perfect for our laid-back backyard wedding! This venue was also quite affordable and included unlimited use of the venue from 11am until 9pm, tables and chairs, and an Old Town Trolley to transport guests from an off-site parking area to the venue. We aren't really DJ people and didn't care so much about whether people danced at our wedding, but we were a little sad that the sound system blew out from the wedding the night before ours. Sarah provided us with an amp and tried to rectify the situation, but it just wasn't loud enough. Other that that, we had a perfect day and we would highly recommend this venue!

The French Estate hosted our wedding and we could not have asked for a more long beautiful ceremony. We replanned our wedding due to Covid, and we were fortunate enough to keep our wedding date (thankfully we originally picked a week night). They were super professional, and easy to work with. They definitely made our dreams come true. Thank you!

The French Estate was such a blessing to find. Me and my hubby had our special day here and it was beyond amazing! The French Estate itself has so much character and feels so romantic. There really is minimal decor needed because of this. Sarah (the owner) was always willing and able to help...and Susan (day of coordinator) was a pro and a woman who truly cared! They were accommodating and Susan really made the day run smooth, which kept my nerves down. Words can't describe how thankful we are for this special place.
