I hired Kyle based on the fact that he provided a…read morereasonable estimate for the replacement of some O2 sensors for a 2006 Nissan frontier king cab that my son was driving. The error code that it was throwing was the O2 sensor but I wanted to validate and make sure. Kyle came out diagnosed the issue right away saying that unfortunately exhaust codes can be many different things and not necessarily just the O2 sensor so he ran multiple tests, smoke tests and found a number of different issues that he took care of along the way from valve covers and fuel sensors as well as replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors. This whole process took a couple of weeks as he needed to order parts and then retest based on the replacement of those parts, but that's pesky O2 error would not leave. Kyle must've come back to my house at at least 8 to 9 times over a six month period to try to solve this issue all along, not charging the additional time because the original diagnosis seemed to be very simple. I paid Kyle along the way for the parts and his labor, but he refused to continue to charge labor for coming out and retesting until the error was fixed despite sometimes the best mechanics can have reoccurring troubles and be stumped as to why codes keep throwing finally after approximately seven months of going back-and-forth with Kyle's schedule to come out and look at the truck. He replaced one side of a cat with a remanufactured version and the code finally cleared for good. I never heard from Kyle after that as I still owe him for that cat converter, but I can tell you right now that he is probably the best mobile mechanic in all of middle Tennessee that I've ever experienced despite his young age. He is a true man of integrity, character, and perseverance.

These were rear brakes, so 3mm is not at catastrophic level. I don't like being lied to. You told me it would be ready by the end of the day that you were just confirming the repair, and when I called at the end of the day , you said we don't even have it back together yet. Which one was it? And 24 hours later my AC does not work!

Once he noticed me, I started to pull around him and he began cursing at me, calling me slurs, and chasing my car. He kept yelling obscenities after me for no reason and freaked my girlfriend out. If this is the kind of person that Wilson keeps on their team, stay far away from them. This employee acted like a little child throwing a temper tantrum and he attempted to become violent, all because he was embarrassed about not paying attention and blocking traffic. On top of that, Wilson failed to give me any sort of insight on what my oil issue might be. My car had a code relating to my problem and when I showed them the code, they didn't even read it. They basically just said "that sounds bad, sorry." We specifically went to Wilson for the oil change/inspection bundle to fix this issue, but all we got was an overpriced oil change with no tips for how to move forward. If you are someone who wants to feel comfortable at an auto shop, stay far away from Wilson. I have never encountered a worker as immature and aggressive as the one there. And if you have any auto problem that needs fixing, you'd be better off going somewhere else. *EDIT for Brian: My visit was Friday the 25th, leaving the store at about 3:30.
