I left with no polish to do it myself at home because she was so rough. She also filed my nails horribly and I had to refile my nails at home. Jagged edges and crooked. I returned to the salon and had my broken nail repaired, only to be told that it would be $7 for this. I questioned this and asked the manager at what point does the salon take responsibility for their service quality. The manager said that had my nail been "chipped" rather than broken, the repair would have been free. Ultimately, I decided to pay the $7 to avoid going back and forth. Most salons I've been to also remove ingrown nails during a pedicure, but here they told me they don't usually do that. Luckily, I didn't have much, but my technician was still accommodating and took care of it. I would recommend checking about this when you make a reservation if you need ingrown nails removed. Overall, great service!
