You enter through the back entrance of Water Tower mall and take the elevator bank next to Freshii to the 9th floor. I have been a regular Brazilian wax customer since discovering her from a Groupon deal. Her easy going personality puts me right at ease in what can otherwise be an awkward interaction. She is quick and efficient. Even without a Groupon deal, her pricing is great. These Gold Coast places will price gouge you so it's nice to have found someone in the area who does a great job at a fair price and form a relationship to as a repeat customer. And I have even more praise, because Eva is also very responsive. I can call or text her (sometimes very last minute) and she will try her best to fit me in. Not the easiest to find - If you enter from Michigan avenue, you have to walk through all of Macy's then through a doorway that says "to the mall." Then take the elevators to the professional suites right next to Freshii, a fast food/health food chain. If you are walking, it is easier to enter through the back where there is a street for taxis (it is an unnamed street that is west of mies van der rohe way). She is in the east wing in the Elizabeth Adams suites. Anyways she was great - very meticulous, thorough and gentle. She is very easy to get a hold of to make appointments, just call or text. I was so nervous since it was my first Brazilian wax EVER (and my hair is very strong and coarse from all the years of shaving) but she worked so fast that we were done in about 20 minutes! I have visited this place twice and each time they have done a great job. My first visit was a Brazilian wax by Eva and she was so patient and nice. She walked me through the process and although it was not pain free she tried to be quick and painless as possible. Painless and Brazilian waxes should not be in the same sentence but oh well. I also received a mani and pedi from her as well and my feet feel great even after a week she did a paraffin wax to bring my feet back to life for the summer months! I definitely will be going back. Eva is great. My only reason that I gave Eva a 4 star is because unfortunately can not really have a girls mani and pedi with your friend because its only her so the other person has to wait until your done. Ewa is a very warm & friendly person. I went in for a mani-pedi before a vacation. Though she took great care of me, it did take over an hour and a half, so if you want to have a relaxing afternoon and have some time, go to All For You On 2. I would say also that you should keep in mind that it is a little pricey (and that's coming from a recent NY transplant), given the location and clientele of the salon. read more

Hands down Ewa is the best! She is very professional, friendly, and simply the best. Before coming to her for a Brazilian wax I tried a few other locations and was not satisfied. Either because the service was terrible, the wax used was incorrect, or the application not as neat as it could've been.
