I left with no polish to do it myself at home because she was so rough. She also filed my nails horribly and I had to refile my nails at home. Jagged edges and crooked. I questioned this and asked the manager at what point does the salon take responsibility for their service quality. The manager said that had my nail been "chipped" rather than broken, the repair would have been free. Ultimately, I decided to pay the $7 to avoid going back and forth.
