Due to some severe back…read moreproblems, walking anywhere to find a replacement and attempting to deal with the battery was an impossibility. Enter NAPA. Within minutes, a NAPA employee showed up with a jump kit which got my vehicle to the NAPA storefront. He tested the battery and offered me several options on battery replacements. He then installed it and tested it again to make sure everything was working properly. While breaking down is no fun, doing it next to a NAPA and its friendly and knowledgeable employees who will solve the problem for you is highly recommended. I can't thank the guy who helped me enough at a time when I couldn't help myself.
