Progressive has been honest, reliable, and fast for all my cars needs. They tell me what my car will need and at what mileage, take care of me fast when I am busy and have a lot of appointments, and make the extra effort to ensure I understand everything that's going on. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!!! The manager is so kind and is a plethora of knowledge, JJ the mechanic is amazing, and the front desk staff is always welcoming. They are family and make you feel that way too! Thank you guys for all you do! I appreciate you!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Progressive Automotive and Tire Shop…read more I brought my car in for an ABS sensor issue and was charged $720 for what ended up being an oil filter housing gasket replacement. Considering the gasket itself costs around $30, the final bill felt extremely overpriced, especially since I was never given a clear breakdown that justified the cost. What concerns me even more is that I was told this repair was related to fixing my ABS sensor problem. After scanning the vehicle, I don't understand how an oil filter housing gasket would reasonably be diagnosed as the cause of an ABS warning issue. The repair did not fix the ABS problem at all. I was upfront that my main request was to have the work completed within 24 hours. I was informed there would be a $100 rush fee, which I accepted. However, I'm still left wondering where the remaining $620 in charges came from and why the pricing was so high for the work performed. I understand that labor and diagnostics cost money, but customers deserve transparent explanations, accurate diagnoses, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this shop ask for a detailed estimate and explanation of the diagnosis before approving repairs.

Extremely disappointing experience with Sheehy Toyota Stafford…read more I found a 2017 Nissan Frontier at Sheehy Toyota in Stafford that I was interested in purchasing. Last night, at approximately 7:50 p.m., just 10 minutes before the dealership closed, I spoke with salesman Neela Noor about the truck. I explained to him that I live more than four hours away and specifically asked him if the truck would be held for me until my scheduled appointment at 12:30 p.m. the following day. I did not want to drive four hours only to arrive and find out that someone else had purchased it. I was assured that the truck would be held for me. Based on that assurance, I made plans to come to the dealership. We left at 8:00 this morning and drove more than four hours. At approximately 12:23 p.m., when we were only about five minutes from the dealership, Neela called me and told me that the truck had been sold. I reminded him of our conversation the night before and asked why I had been assured that the truck would be held. He first told me that he had instructed me to wait and not leave home until he called me. That is not what he told me. He then gave me a different explanation, saying that he had tried to call me around 9:00 p.m. the previous night to tell me the truck had already been sold. When I asked why he had not left a voicemail, he said he was pretty sure he had. I checked my phone. There was no missed call and no voicemail from him. I then spoke with sales manager Ruben Perez, who told me that the truck had actually been sold two days earlier. That made the situation even more frustrating. If the truck had already been sold the day before I called, why was I told that it was available? Why was I assured that it would be held for me? And why did no one contact me to tell me it was unavailable until I was five minutes away after driving more than four hours? What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern or accountability from the dealership. I explained that I had wasted an entire day and approximately $50 in gas because I had relied on what I was told. There was no meaningful apology and no attempt to make the situation right. Instead, I was simply told that they had plenty of other vehicles I could look at. At that point, I had no interest in looking at another vehicle from Sheehy Toyota. I understand that vehicles get sold. I understand that mistakes happen. What I do not understand is making a specific commitment to a customer who has clearly explained that he is traveling four hours, and then failing to honor that commitment--or even communicate honestly about what happened. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from Sheehy Toyota after this experience. If you are considering traveling a long distance to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would strongly recommend getting confirmation in writing and independently verifying that the vehicle is actually available before making the trip.
