Our heating and ac system was making a sound, they came out right away and told us that various things were old and might go out soon. We thought about it, next day it gave out!! No heat and it snowed in Lancaster, they were able to come out and replace the engine the next day. Hermes the tech is amazing and kind and explained everything, he tested the system to show me both the AC and Heating works. Give that guy a raise!! It's techs like Hermes that make sure everything works and explains everything to someone like me who doesn't know what does what in the system. Price was good according to my brother who is an engineer in ac and heating systems. I will use these guys again if the inducer gives out, which Hermes warned us about. All Heart Heating and Cooling advertises themselves very well, and they have nice people, however, they could not get the job done. Since their first visit in April 2024, and had they come back out again in August 2024, that would have been their fourth (!!!) visit. In that time, twice, the a/c went out, including when I asked for someone to return Saturday, 8/10. They were booked. Could not fit us in. Our a/c went out that morning. The house climbed to 92, and we had 11 fans going, but hot air is hot air. They scheduled us for Monday morning (8/12). On Sunday, the house was 94. We couldn't take it anymore. One of All Heart's drawbacks is their failure to be available on Sunday's. We called someone else, and they arrived within two hours. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. We had cold air again. The technicians from this other company were appalled, dismayed and shocked at the inferior workmanship that had previously been completed on our a/c by All Heart. They showed us the broken and brittle wires that had come apart and were in pieces. They also replaced a can in the unit. I phoned All Heart on Sunday afternoon to cancel Monday morning's appointment. They still showed up. No one had checked their messages. I even called twice Monday morning, and still got their machine. I saw no point in leaving more messages when they hadn't even checked and gotten the first message from the previous day. Instead of spending so much on advertising themselves, they should re-direct their resources into better enabling their technicians to correctly repair an a/c unit and not have to make multiple visits. They advertise that they stand behind their work. Really? It is crucial that they make themselves available on Sunday's like so many other professionals do. They are NOT there for everyone they come in contact with - again part of their advertising. read more

I just recently bought a house in California City and didn't realize obtaining craftsman services would be like pulling molars! So bare with me as I explain my situation. The temperature started to really dip at night into the low 40z and mid to high 30z. Called my home warranty who contact a company who not only didn't show up but never even called. I called my home warranty back and another company was sent out who spent a spectacular 20-30 minutes to end up telling me that they would not fix the issue because my unit was relatively new and under parts warranty. Not to mention the technician only diagnosed part of the problem. Honestly, I didn't care about all of that as I am the caregiver for my bedridden 74 year old mother. I needed my furnace fixed. I ended up contacting All Heart because their logo was on the furnace and they installed it and my a/c. From the very first time I talked with the young lady who answered the phone until Technician Adrian came by my stress level went from 1,000 to 0! The young lady was able to get me a much sooner appointment and I could tell she sincerely cared about my situation. Adrian was amazing, not only correctly diagnosing the problem but got the furnace fired up! To hear that flame kick in was like getting a fire lit inside of an igloo in Alaska. I felt totally comfortable once he showed up and kept me updated throughout the repair. I spent 14 years as an industrial maintenance mechanic so I truly appreciate someone who not only takes pride in their craft but knows their sh&$! I am a person once I find a reliable company I stay dedicated and will not use anyone else. We knew we were going to need a new air conditioner. We've had ours for 17 yrs. We decided to be proactive, and get the new a/c and furnace, before they broke down in the middle of a heat wave. We called 3 companies for estimates. One company kept changing the date. We already knew, being reliable, was going to be an issue. The second company came out, looked around and said they would send the estimate. Then we met with All Heart. First, before Adrian even came in, he put his own door mat down, so not to track anything in, then put on booties, to make absolutely sure. He took his time going over the furnace, told us what issues there were, now, not within code. (17 yrs, codes constantly change) Then he checked the A/C. He asked us questions on what we were looking for. Asked about allergies, health. Getting a complete picture of what we were looking for. Then, he actually gave us the pricing, right there. Gave us options, etc. None of the other companies asked us anything. Yes, All Heart was a little more expensive, but you do, get what you pay for. They installed the furnace and a/c today. They cleaned our vents. All done in one day. They cleaned up every single thing. They made sure our cats didn't get out (we did have them secured in 1 room for most of the day, but when we let them out, they were careful with them). They would not leave, until they were 100% certain, that we had no more questions. In other words, I will definitely recommend them. Plus my husband is a veteran. They support veterans. But when I asked other companies if they could walk me through it I got mostly mumbles and grumbles, you see I'm the woman of the house and the handyman or woman in this case at my house. When Michael showed up from All heart he not only listened to me but was more than happy to include me in the diagnostic process ask questions about what transpired to the system to help dial in on the problem. I called them base on the reviews thinking they were about customer satisfaction. But after receiving service from them, it has been the worst experience I've ever received from any company. It's like I invited thieves into my house. So far, I have been refunded for services that I shouldn't have never been billed for. But I had to figure that out myself with Goodman manufacture. It was so simple by using the model # on unit. Goodman website showed I was still under warranty for parts and labor. Had I not done more research, I would have been out over $600. Goodman customer service was shocked when I told them I was billed over $700 for a gas valve replacement. They instructed me to call All heart heating and cooling company to get my money back. Goodman customer service stated they never experienced this kind of horror story. They stated first thing a company should do when dealings with there Goodman units is look up the model to verify date installation and to find out if the unit is under warranty especially it being one of there local dealers in this area. They also explain it doesn't matter who installed the unit because Goodman stands behind there product. Goodman pays the company to fix the unit and provides the broken part for free. Sounds like All heart and cooling was really trying to get over on me. I can't imagine how many people they taken advantage of. Per Goodman, I should have only been out a service call. At the end I'm still out a little over the service call amount but better than over $500. But is was all caught by me the customer. read more

Our heat went out. They sent Cody to check the problem. after 50 minutes and a sales pitch , I was told $2,800 just to repair what was broken and even that would not solve my no heat problem. He was pushing a complete system around $15,000. I called a 2nd company next day. That repair man fixed the problem with a fuse in 20 min for $205. I asked him cost of complete system for my house. He estimated $8,000. This company is very slick, creating a very professional illusion , its all a nice show. read more

My wall furnace wasn't working. The pilot light kept going out. Add the extreme cold weather dropping to 20°. I was unable to combat freezing inside my own home. Im 67 yrs old feeling defeated. I called All Heart for help. They immediately scheduled a visit to my home. The tech, named Hermes, arrived promptly on time. He listened patiently to me explain the trouble I was having. He quickly began to inspect & assess the wall furnace. He informed me the wall furnace was installed 1998. He said one problem was with the thermostat's inability to keep contact with the furnace pilot. The other problem the age of furnace needs to be clear of dust & particle build up The tech began with the needed repair work. Carefully dismantling it and clearing away all the years of build up. Then reinspected the contact needed between the thermostat & furnace pilot. He explained the why & how to restore it back to normal operation. Plus demonstrating to me steps to relight the pilot. I can honestly say the fee was the best investment and the return immeasureable. I appreciate the follow up & follow through. Exemplary customer service!
