As you read this to make a decision. I will save you time. Yes, All Heart Heating and Cooling will not disappoint. Had breathing issues since we bought the house in 2020. Didn't understand why. After changing the vent filter and cleaning ceiling fans I did some research. Ducts get dirty and they blow that dirt in your air and you breath it. So I did the dad/husband thing and accepted that I would need a professional opinion, as I dont specialize in home maintenance let alone duct maintenance. Called several providers to compare and contrast. Rick came through and did this full inspection of the entire scope of their offerings. I figured it was to find things to mark up and find additional things for me to spend money on. I followed him around and quickly realized he was performing a complimentary service and was in no way going to push anything I didnt want. He did have to inform me that there was no way he could clean the aging ducts and a full replacement was in order. This was going to cost me and Rick empathized with that fact and did a lot for me to make it worth my while. The other providers that came through did not inspect everything and stuck to the focus of my call. They all said I needed new ducting. So there was no dishonesty about my needs. All Heart went above and beyond. The genuine concern and honest approach was greatly appreciated. They did their best to give me and my family as much as they could, and treated every concern we had with as much compassion and understanding as anyone could hope for. Special mentions to Jaime and Ryan as Jaime handled all of the financial issues and concerns. Ryan managed the install and with a small team of rookies and the results were great. If there was something missed, which there was they didn't try and back out of their commitment or add any excuses. They came back and corrected with the same level of empathy and professionalism. When my air conditioning stop working in the middle of one of the worst heat waves in California's history. I called All Heart late Friday afternoon. Deziree was very empathetic and very helpful. The first appointment she had for a technician to come out was Tuesday late afternoon. She put me on a waiting list as well, and not more than an hour after I spoke with her she called back and was able to schedule me for the next day Saturday afternoon. Adrian the technician arrived early, he asked for any information I could provide him on what was going on. Once he heard my description, he immediately knew where to troubleshoot. He checked it out & he was correct. In this case he had a part with him so he was able to replace it on the spot. After he replaced it he started checking my outputs even went into my hot attic (my condo was 90° inside at the time) to check my main unit. While wrapping everything up even told me about the military discount before I made my final payment (every little bit helps). He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very very helpful. During my annual inspection for my 22 year old furnace with Hermes, it was discovered that the Main Blower Fan was leaking grease from the bearings, which he showed me. While continuing the inspection he photographed cracks forming in the Heat Exchanger/Fire Box. This condition could lead to carbon monoxide leaking into the house or worse, a fire inside my home. I decided to have the furnace replaced. Less than a week later, Daniel and Rick installed a new furnace, as well as addressing a duct work issue. Hey, you guys just wanted to put it just wanted let everyone know do not go through all heart heating and air conditioning. My electric bill is $650 a month for the last three months and I only run my heater from 4 o'clock pm until 8 o'clock pm . I just called my old heating guy and he said well the reason it's doing that is cause they must've installed a heat pump and a heat pump should only be installed in a house that has solar panels because your bill is going to be outrageous. I have a 1900 square-foot (1978) mobile home in a senior park. If you see this all heart, I want my heating system and air conditioning unit removed and my money returned. I spent over $16,000 for this new air conditioner and a heater system put in less than a year ago. read more

After making the mistake of requesting quote from All Heart Heating and Cooling, where the guy basically told me I'd be dumb not to use them...I've fallen into their call system asking if they can device the heating and ac I've never installed. I've told them to stop calling and they disregard that..month after month after month. Literally... do not give these people your phone number unless you like being called repeatedly by a company you've decided not to use. The next step is apparently to file an FCC complaint and get a sue happy lawyer who wants to go after the repeated calling fines available in situations like this. read more

I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my AC, I changed the thermostat out and still nothing . I made a phone call to All Heart Heating & Cooling and they sent Adrian over. It took him a few minutes to find the problem. He fixed it, cleaned the coils on the AC unit, cleaned the unit in the garage and reinstalled my old thermostat since there wasn't anything wrong with it. He also checked air flow and also determined that I better get some new filters. Adrian went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling. Pass the word! Requested service on my unit a few different companies in the antelope Valley left messages no All Heart returned my 10 minutes. Sent a technician out to my home to diagnose the problem. His name was Hermes very professional went entire me some I really didn't but Hermes had my unit up and running within a few hours and me that replacement was be necessary, but there was no pressure. Things did not start out too good, they were having a hard time finding the problem, but lots of hard work they found the problem. Heat exchanger was cracked. After going over the different options we decided just to replace The whole unit. the guys that came out were great and professional.
