A 5 Star review and I didn't even use them. Here's why. All the drains started backing up in my house at 8:30pm on Christmas Eve. I called several plumbers and simply got a "sorry, no one available." I called Pink Plumbing. They also had no one available until Monday BUT, Chris, the owner, spend 30 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the problem (clog between the house and the main), walking me through a possible fix by putting the garden hose down the cleanout, and when that didn't work, gave me more suggestions on what to try when Home Depot opened on Saturday. I had a huge issue with my sink backing up and disposal leaking late at night and sent an e-mail out of desperation. First thing in the morning, Stephanie reached back out to me and squeezed me into an appointment for later that afternoon. I was thrilled to have someone out ASAP. But things got better! Roughly an hour later, I received a call from someone out in the field who had just finished a job and was nearby. He offered to swing by immediately for our convenience. I wasn't home, but my wife was. So I agreed to have them meet with her and talk through everything. I wasn't there to meet them, but two of the technicians showed up--very respectful and wearing masks--and diagnosed the issues immediately. They gave us a fair quote and began working immediately. We had another issue in the bathroom that was solved quickly. The disposal/sink repair was completed just a short while later; however, the disposal issue had proved to be more severe than they anticipated. Despite that, they kept the estimate the same and looked for ways to help us out financially so that the estimate price didn't shift. On top of that, they tossed in several extras since we were pretty severely lacking in the kitchen sink department! Some new drain stops and clean pipes underneath the sink--everything looked amazing when I got home. Again, I never got the chance to meet these gentlemen, but they took care of our situation efficiently and with zero stress involved. And my pug apparently loved one of the guys and leapt in his arms, so you know they're great people if dogs like 'em. Give them a call and let them impress you. I always use Yelp when I need anything done. My hot water heater was giving me issues. So I read the yelp reviews on pink plumbing and sewer. Their reviews beat everybody else's by a long shot. We had a mjor issue with all of our plumbing backing up into toilets, showers, washing machine, etc. It was a Sunday night. We have a third bathroom with a separate line so we could wait until Monday morning to call. I called Pink Plumbing because of its great reviews. I had a hot water line leaking issue on Sunday, called Pink Plumbing on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, but in the meantime, the owner, Chris, was kind enough to spend sometime with me over the phone and taught me how to shut off the hot waterline from the water heater to stop it from running. Then I got a call mid morning on Monday from the technician, Chris, stating that he would be able to fit me in within an hour. Chris showed up before I was able to get home, diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate, and called me within an hour to schedule a time for the leak locating service to come at the same time the next day to complete the repair. The next day, Tuesday, both Chrises (owner and technician) showed up on time, met the leak locating service, located the leak, and rerouted my hot water line. Chris also recommended a new hot water heater replacement since mine is 19 years old, and it was installed today, Wednesday. I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Chris, the owner, and Chris, the technician, for their promptness, courteous, and exceptional services. Because of both Chrises, I was able to minimize any possible water damage to my house, but most importantly, put my mind at ease! They were also very accommodating with my work schedule. This company is the best. I've used them three times. They can out same day to take care of a leak. It was a holiday and the owner answered the phone in his way to the airport! Talk about good customer service! We were concerned that the leak was behind the wall but with minimal repairs needed, they saved us from having to have a restoration company come out and that would have been at least $1000 deductible for us.
