Orfices, break pads and headlights all are available and if not in stock they'll find it and order it for you. The people behind the desk are pleasant and helpful and usually have a good advice based on their experience. For some of us it's a playground with endless options of doing this or that to our car. The one and only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is prices. O'Reilly's prices are much higher than its competitors and I'm not going to get into why, it's just a fact. The sales guy I talked to was not at the location and informed me that most of the sales are not actually there. So he then transferred me to some one who worked there. The guy who answered was rude right when he answered and was quick to let me know they couldn't pull the part. Then asked me what the make and model was that's when I heard a ring tone and the original sales guy then answered the phone again. Me not realizing what happened there asked again if they might be able to pull the part. I needed the part the same day because I was headed out of town to work. Needless to say I'm still with out that part. This could have gone way differently and much more pleasant had they had a little better customer service. I can't review the quality of the part but I can say that the costumer service was very poor. I'm not one to write a bad review either. After waiting a rather long time, he comes out to tell me I'm ready to go. Before I pay, I walk out to check the grill guard and there were chunks of metal missing and chips all over. I told him this one was damaged and asked if he had another one in stock. He didn't have any more nor did their other store. I told him to take it off and that I wasn't paying for it. They took it off and put a chip in my chrome front bumper on the driver side wheel well!! Sticky grease and smears all over the front of the truck too. This place is horrible. The "salesperson" was unprofessional, smoking like a chimney and began cursing like a sailor when I pointed out the damage. Do not go here. I wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb in a lamp.
