On top of that, one front tire had 65 PSI and the other had 85 PSI--well above the recommended pressure for my truck. This is completely unacceptable. I spent well over $1,000 today, and I expected my vehicle to be returned in proper working condition. Instead, I was given a truck with damaged tire sensors and dangerously overinflated tires. After spending this much money, I should not have to inspect and correct basic issues before safely driving my vehicle away.

That the front pads should be checked at the next oil change, but would probably hold until even the second oil change after. Cut to now, one oil change later at another auto service center, my front brake pads are GONE and I've run through/destroyed the rotors. (The "40%" brakes were squeaking even when I left the Tire Store Service Center in January, and have sounded the same ever since.) What should have been a $150 service today is now upwards of $600 and has impacted other things in the vehicle that will need repair soon. This mechanic seemingly set me up to come back and need huge repairs later, under the guise of "looking out for me" and banking on me returning to them for the repair and taking more of my money. Scammy and predatory. I would have told you I had a decent experience in January but now I wish I had never stepped foot here. Today's mechanic also showed me how the rear brake pads that TSSC replaced were also done over damaged rotors, and I was never informed of any of this. Phenomenal. What a joke.

The guy who answered my call and helped me through was SO helpful (I think his name is Imad), he had me email them a picture of what was wrong, got back to me with a reasonable quote and got it replaced for me, and the entire process was SO smooth! Owner redid the brakes and no noise but do have a deep scratches on one of my rotors. He likes to work fast and make too many mistakes. Owner was mad that he couldn't prove it was the brake pads and in fact it was his service that caused the problem/damage. I didn't have previous issues with the brakes just doing routine maintenance. Highly regret trusting this guy!!!

Got me in and out quick. Just had to ask them for my free tire rotation which should have been included since I have Firestone tires. Drove back to have that done but fortunately it didnt take long.
